商品の提供まですごく手間暇がかかっていますね。焦げを食べてはいけないと教育されてきたので、どうやってとるんだろう？って見ていたらそれが気にならないぐらいやわらかそうです。火入れも複数工程あってそれを一人の方がやっていたのは過酷です。改めて提供してもらえるありがたさを感じることができました。せっかくの塊をほぐしていくのは、もったいないって思いましたw 夢はそのままかぶりつきたいです！
ピットマスターと呼ばれるBBQ職人が工程を管理しています！使う薪を変えながら火の温度やスモーク加減まで調整して職人技ですね👌
お肉に火が直接当たることは１度もないので表面の焦げは全く気にならないです！（焦げくさくない）
夢を実現しにクアラルンプールまでぜひ😋

Gotta say: That whole platter that is shown at 26:20 for 150-200 USD is a ripoff. That platter aint gonna feed 6 or 8 people. This is for 2, max 3 ppl.

@@SFK The meat and the sides look great and super delicious, don't get me wrong. But I ain't no "big eater",I'm a normal guy and if I'm hungry and two other grown man we'd easily kill this with 3 ppl. Some would probably even say that this is for 2 persons only ...
