Add Property Boundaries to Drone Photos in Photoshop

Photographing for real estate? Using a drone to show locations, properties or boundaries?
This is a fast, easy tutorial to showcase the easiest way I've found to create property boundaries overlaid onto a still photo. I do this for my real estate clients in Collingwood and Blue Mountains area, however it can work with more than just real estate images.
Also included are some helpful tips to make it a two clicks and your done level of effort for all of your boundaries going forward!
