Would you say that the Air2s is a better choice now instead of Mavic 2
@@MrRaja yeah I would say that. Dji doesn’t even sell the mavic 2 anymore so even more of a reason.
It's people like you who make the difference in the lives of others. Thank you.
You have taught me so much, I cannot thank you enough. This channel will blow up soon!
Mike absolutely brilliant!!! The workflow with incorporating photo/video was phenomenal....thank you!!
Thanks for the video, this video came in handy for my first real estate shoot and helped me figure out what I needed to do to make the property look amazing.
Thank you, I found it informative and a good starting point to creating a shot checklist and some standardisation
this video was incredibly helpful. Thank you for putting the time into teaching others your craft
Holy hell man, thank you so much. You are the first person I have watched actually make sense of the workflow of Real Estate Photography. Subscribed!
Exactly! Great way to put that. He concurred the way of showing his work flow. Super helpful!
Thank you so much for this video! I just got my certification yesterday and I also have the same drone! Your shots are amazing and super-helpful!
Super helpful! Love the idea of implementing this shotlist to cut down on flying and editing time. Thanks for the tips!
Long Beach Real Estate Photographer thanks for watching! Glad you found it helpful! 😊
Your Channel has helped me a lot - although I still don't know if I like HDR, Flambient, or your hybrid model for interior shoots - You've given me the confidence to go out and experiment. My girlfriend builds multi million dollar homes and she's given me the chance to take her photos. My last shoot didn't turn out how I'd hoped (windows didn't pop as much as I liked), so I think I'll use a hybrid shoot next time. Anyway, I know you are doing this channel to help people like me - so I wanted to comment to say THANKS!
Thank you for your generosity making such an amazing and simple explanation video to help others
Very practical & effective M2P settings. Excellent presentation - what a professional - thank you.
The results are astounding, thanks for the good Advice.
Thank you so much. You offer this wonderful service with the most humility. Thank you. You won my subscription, which you really deserve👍🏾
Thank you! Really appreciate it!
You made it easy peasy. What a great video. I learned some great tips. Thanks for sharing. I second the motion that Tripod Mode is your friend. It makes all the difference in getting smooth shots.
Got my first real estate drone shoot coming up. I'm very excited thank you for sharing your experience, this was very helpful.
Great video! Probably the best “how to” video out there for residential drone photography. Thanks!
Thanks!
really well produced, amazing tips and work flow Thanks you so much.
Wow! Thank you so much! I will definitely be doing this on my next shoot! Totally great job! Watching from Central Texas.
just got my M2P. this is great info to put together a Shot List. I really like the logical way you move through the process.
Thanks! Best of luck with it!
Thank you so much. Very informative, and very helpful for beginners like me.
Thanks for the tips. I've learned quite a bit from your channel, you've got a lot of great content.
I shoot for a couple companies in a decent sized urban area and 99% of their listings are in traditional, compact neighborhoods typically with many trees. Some of your techniques from this video are "universal" but others aren't as applicable when shooting in a neighborhood with houses ~15 feet apart. I'd love to see how you shoot homes when you don't have as much freedom with the drone.
Thanks again, take care.
Thanks! I’ll have to make another video on that maybe but I do a lot of the same technique.
Terrific how-to video. Packed with good detail and right to the points without a bunch of fluff or talking. Outstanding. Thank you. I found it very helpful.

@@InsideRealEstatePhotography What programs do you use to compile all your footage, edit, and publish it? Photoshop for editing? Or do you do everything in a single program.
@@mikehunt8064 for videos I use Adobe premiere and photos I use Lightroom and photoshop

Mike just to let you know - did our first real estate shoot yesterday. 2 photographers - the other guy is a friend is kinda of good but using his own knowledge thinking he has to take the shots at a high angle. I just used your tips and my shots were phenomenal.
I find your editing techniques a bit difficult but I will try to lock myself in and get it.
But your content is awesome - 2 million kisses.
Great to hear! Good luck with it!
Just picked up my Mavic 2 Pro today. Great video as always Mike. Full of information re settings. Hopefully shooting a golf resort next week so hope I don't crash it!!

Greetings from Toronto! Great tips thank-you.
Great video. Very informative. I will try some of these shots and settings. How long does it typical take you to film a shoot like this? So you typically have enough battery or bring spares? Thanks!
Awesome video Mike, thanks.
Within 1 min you got my subscription
wow such a beautiful video at the end!
Bryanna Paquette thanks!
Very nice! Thank you. Not that I'll ever use my drone as a professional.
Great video! Quick question, how do you manage line of sight for far off shots? Or are you using much of the camera on board for spacial awareness?
youre da best!
There is what the book says and what works on the ground, thank you for your information
Very well done!
Thank you ..I’m getting ideas on how to shoot with a drone

Great informative video thanks.
Great explanations on everything. On another note, that golf course looks amazing!!! I wanna go play it, where ever it is. 😂
It’s Trump National Golf Course in Colts Neck,NJ
Great content. Thanks!
This is one of the best videos I've seen on both video and photos for real estate. I've been wanting to get into this for a while to help my wife who does real estate photos. Do you think the Air2S would do the job or is the Pro worth the extra money? Thanks again for a great video and what a beautiful home!! Nicely done!
Thanks so much! Yes, I think the Air2S is capable.
Brilliant !!
Great vid! Thanks
Great video! Thanks!
Hi Mike, great tutorial! I plan on using your methodology for my shots moving forward. Since most of these shots are taken during the day, do you use any type of ND filters? Your video quality looks great!
Thanks Wes! I don't use any ND filters for RE shoots simply because I want to be able to switch back and forth quickly between shooting photos and videos and I don't want any ND filters on my photos. If I was just doing video only then perhaps I would throw one on. It may be ok with having them on for photos as well but I'll have to experiment with that as I feel like it would negatively effect the quality.
Wow!
This is great! One question: when you're doing your orbits (or at any time), are you using Active Track or are you controlling both sticks at the same time?
Thank you! I'm doing it all manually. The active track thing works but it takes a lot of time to set up and wastes a lot of battery power!
Howdy from sunny Florida {today}. Over the past months I've watched this video 3 times ... and ... I'm just about to watch it again. [Double Thumbs UP].
QUESTION: Hints on making/buying &/or modifying an intro similar to yours. It's really good. Thanks, Chuck : +)
wow thats. so mazing. i like that video.
Nice video. I'm impressed by the far-out shots that you are able to speed up but still maintain smoothness. I have similarly smooth shots, but after speeding up and applying stabilization they don't turn out that smooth. Are you using any third-party plugins for that? I guess it's a testament to your skills as a pilot!
Thanks! No third party plug ins. Yeah, it’s mostly getting it right while shooting. Sometimes it’s harder than others depending on wind and stuff like that.
Drone stills and video tomorrow. I knew I would be watching this vid for the 3rd time
