The "load up on debt if your going bankrupt" thing is wild. Are there no Trading Insolvent laws in the US? Because in Australia we have laws that say if a company is insolvent and a director allows the company to incur a new debt, then the director can be personally liable for the new debts incurred. If something like this in the US does exist then grand is literally telling people to commit a crime. Or if he has Australian clients then he has already done it.
Old Grant was inspirational, for sure. As someone who don't have stacked up savings accounts, just buying a couple of mutual funds and watch them grow a bit and put in a little more every now and then is really satisfying and it feels nice to have a little security for a rainy day. I wish I started doing this at a much younger age.
I don’t know who coffeezilla spoke to that convinced him that someone can’t sue because they say “views are driven to me”, “thank you for the views”. Driving traffic to someone’s site doesn’t translate to conversion and conversion is what you are effecting…. Lawsuits are expensive and that is why they are filed. A judge will let it move forward and you will pay A LOT to defend yourself and that’s what he would go for.
There's a very toxic RUclipsr named Jose DeCastro, his channel is called "Delete Lawz", and he has multple bogus "defamation" suits that he's filed against his critics, fellow RUclipsrs. I'm a supporter of several of his targets. It's's been a rough battle for free speech the last year or so.
unfortunately, making your opinions public, does expose you to libel. just the way it is. not a lawyer, but maybe there's someway to phrase your commentary to cover your @ss. Like freely using the word "allegedly" or "based on sources below", maybe.
@@czarcomaNo you're absolutely correct and the channels I support who criticized DeCastro were journalistic in their criticism. They called him out solely on the things he is proven to have done. Their work was excellent. He really is just...a narcissist who cannot handle criticism. He's said publicly during his own livestreams that his goal is to drain his critics of money. It's known, he said it. I'm not a lawyer either but I received a very sobering education in the last year about how flawed certain aspects of our system are. DeCastro hasn't just filed federal defamation lawsuits, he's been filing state defamation lawsuits as well. DeCastro is based in California. One of his critics is based in Massachusetts. So he's sued her for defamation in California as well. He's threatened after that to sue her in Massachusetts. The financial burden on her is the point. It sounds like something out of a movie but I've watched this happening in real time since around October 2022. DeCastro has cost his critics tens of thousands of dollars in court fees. His critics, the channels I support, are relatively small and I've been hoping for larger creators to catch wind of what he's been doing.
@@czarcoma alleged doesn't mean much.. but what protects you in the event you can defend yourself is that if you had good reasons to believe what you were saying was true. you can deflect with alleged though if you have some other guy saying the thing, to make it so that you're just reporting on what the other guy is alleging. you can't just invent a fictional person to make the allegation and have that mean much of course. cardone is a public figure peddling bogus courses, it'll be very hard for him to get a win in court if someone said that he is a scammer, a liar and a charlatan. even he wasn't a public figure you could just ask him in the deposition what exactly does he think that he is saying to potential customers when he says he will 10x their business and how many actual businesses has he 10x'd. EVERYONE EXCEPT the people running the sales funnels(other charlatans) LOSES WITH GRANT CARDONE. anyway what grant is aiming at is trying to close down smaller channels, commenters and influencers just with the threat of a very expensive lolsuit over their heads. that he is panicking enough to do that probably is an indicator that his scam business is down a lot from just a year ago when he still had stupid hustle wanabes going to the 10x's and losing their ponzi money richard milles belonging to a customer while drunk in the bar, allegedly(not really sure if that particular person lost it, stole it for himself or had it stolen off from him, its kinda hard to tell when that particular grant cardone 10x alumni lies so much, what we do know that the watch appeared at a shop sometime after). edit: yeah I went on a tangent to cardone. the way to deal with that lawz guy would be to actually have him lose in court, which unfortunately can be very expensive. but he can sue you for libel even if there's nothing there, if he is actually filing such suits with nothing there by himself then it's not that expensive to get them dropped todd rogers style. in the best thing you probably could do would be to get the content creators to make CONTENT out of the libel suits. he can't block that.

It's such a fun ride... I went from loving Grant Cardone in 2019 to gradually making a complete 180
He is a grifter…it was apparent from the beginning.
And now you're in the light, following Coffee. We are glad to have ya!
The best character development. S-Tier redemption arc. Glad you got out!
lol
what was it that appealed to you in 2019? him talking about that to make money you need to make money or him talking about his thousands(varies with time) of apartments and how they're funded(varies depending when he is talking) ?
The "load up on debt if your going bankrupt" thing is wild. Are there no Trading Insolvent laws in the US? Because in Australia we have laws that say if a company is insolvent and a director allows the company to incur a new debt, then the director can be personally liable for the new debts incurred. If something like this in the US does exist then grand is literally telling people to commit a crime. Or if he has Australian clients then he has already done it.
The void feels super authentic.

"If you're going to crash! Then go faster!" - Grant Cardone
😂
“Welcome back to the 10 million dollar void”
Old Grant was inspirational, for sure. As someone who don't have stacked up savings accounts, just buying a couple of mutual funds and watch them grow a bit and put in a little more every now and then is really satisfying and it feels nice to have a little security for a rainy day. I wish I started doing this at a much younger age.
It's all fun and games suing people until someone won't settle and it goes to trial where there's discovery
should have more videos on Cardone honestly
@@czarcoma bogus is well by definition bogus.
I find it amusing that someone with the channel delete lawz is suing people LOL.
@@lasskinn474 fair enough. But will using terms like 'alleged' increase your exposure to those bogus suits?
Fyi if you want to do new videos on Grant Cardone, I only know of him from hearing him say "Get you some nuts!" in the intro to Savy Writes Books videos. I became a subscriber of yours in the last year, and haven't heard anything about Grant Cardone anywhere else either.
Coffee you should do a video with Aaron smith levon from the channel growing up in scientology he talks a lot about Grant Cardone and him being one of the biggest funders and recruiters for scientology
Yes that would be a fabulous live I’d be there
Coffee & The Void -- Do I smell a neo-jazz album?
Alex Hormozi video when 😳
Alex is the real deal
@@williambuckley4901fr they’re listening to someone who doesn’t know anything about him
Grant Cardone used to be a good one to listen to back in 2012-2015. He gave great sales advise and wasn't as full of himself. Now he thinks he's the second coming and screwing folks over. 🙄🙄
why do I find all scientolgy people creepy? Grant just makes my skin crawl
The Void smiles upon you, Coffeezilla...
a Grant video ? what a blast from the past.
So glad the consistent short form content is back
A video on Alex Hermozi would be great
Unless theres something nefarious I’m missing what course or coin is he selling? His first book was a dollar and his thing is investing in companies now…
Alex Harmozi is more legit than anyone. Listen to him directly rather than someone who gives you out of context clips and pushes you to think a certain way
nah listen to coffee. Alex is just another grifter.
@@doaneventry What is his grift?
I stopped listening to what Hormozi says when he started telling people he gained 35 lbs of muscle naturally in 6 weeks
I love how you destroy these scammers, Coffeezilla 💯
The weird thing about this is he's suing the CEO of a multimillion dollar company. He's suing someone who has utter resources to take this to court and likely won't fold under the threat
appreciate this video. I was one of the people who came into this side of RUclips after the initial wave of "grant cardone bad" videos, so I always kinda equated him + ty lopez to basically be the same person, but not 100% familiar what their scams were.
Here is Meet Kevin's idol, he should call himself Mini Cardone
A hit piece on alex hormozi thats going to be challenging given he doesn't really sell anything apart from his books for like a dollar
Yup I had a look into Hormozi, and the difference with him and other financial gurus, he made money before and now he’s trying to cultivate people to be more likely to reach out to him when they are ready for investors. I have both books and it’s solid advice and like you say first 1 was just a dollar.
@@Ryan-ys2bqwhich makes it even weirder why he is covering for a known grifter like cardone.
@@abdullahsafi1012he might not not enough about it, espcially considering his background in participating/paying for these guru types to learn skills that made him who he is today. He might not have looked deep enough, and prob doesnt care to. He makes enough that if it turns out to be bs its whatever to him.
The void is Coffeezilla's sacred saving money.
I am 70. These real estate hustlers, drifters, and fraudsters have been around in my lifetime for the last 50 years. The multitudes hustling these scams come and go. You don't need to pay Grant Cardone anything to invest in real estate. You can Google what you don't know for free.
The void stays
Damn it's the Wolfman
Grant Cardone is a weirdo on such epic proportions...
Definitely
to be fair you used to be able to just save money and earn interest, that is not possible any more. Banks don't pay interest anymore.
