This video is an opinion and in no way should be construed as statements of fact. Scams, bad business opportunities, and fake gurus are subjective terms that mean different things to different people. I think someone who promises $100K/month for an upfront fee of $2K is a scam. Others would call it a Napoleon Hill pitch.

@@The-Rest-of-Us he’s right. Do you really think there weren’t tons of other people “working hard” just like Bill Gates? There were tons of people just like him, in the same industry, selling the same stuff.
(If you don’t think bill gates deserved to get rich, just replace bill gates with whatever rich person you look up to and think earned their money)
Continuing, this isn’t to say he didn’t work hard or he didn’t deserve to succeed. He did. Bill just happened to be the innovative, hard working guy who got LUCKY.
There were and are plenty of other hard working innovators who ended up poor. Those guys deserved success too, just like bill gates, but they just happened to be unlucky.
There are plenty of people who work smart and also work hard. Yet very, very few of them become successful. Working hard and working smart are the prerequisites. But that is not at all the factor that determines whether you’ll get rich

Yeah. technically his roots go back even a little further than the fake guru stuff when he hosted coffee break. Which was a lot more to do with advertising and stuff like that. But I discovered him when he was doing the fake guru stuff. This was his secondary channel at the time, and it was never meant to be his main channel. It's funny he ended up becoming one of the bigger investigative RUclips channels. What a huge success story. This was originally meant to just be a sort of secondary experimental channel.

The thing is that in this whole crypto space Belfort is actually seen as sort of a Hero. Many people adore his going against the system way. That he made many many victims who have lost complete life savings is weirdly enough not being emphasized at all. He is seen sort of as the good guy criminal if you will.

Honestly, I disagree with you Coffeezilla, I think Jordan Belfort has lots of important financial advice to share, such as:
"Don't give your money to Jordan Belfort"

I watched several Of Bryan Rose‘ Podcasts (London Real) since he hed interesting guests. But always got a creepy gut feel about the dude. Didn‘t even knew about his scams. But not surprised at all.

There's only a way to deal with such scammers: take everything you can from them, give them absolutely nothing

LMFAO Jordan Belfort was one of the biggest crypto skeptics and now he pushes it onto people knowing there will be idiots paying him to hear him waffle on about crypto.

I don't know man, crypto is pretty cheap and the potential unlimited! If those cheap crypto coins ever reach the worth of a dollar... you my friend can become the next multi-trillionaire! We just need to spread the word.

When I saw Wolf of Wall Street, all I thought. Another movie peddling sociopath rational. And riches envy. And why would anyone trust him? Stupid world.
