Theses “financial gurus” are like roaches! They all use the SAME formula: “Buy my useless courses and books full of useless information (that you can find for yourself for free), so I can use that money to actually get rich”
People who are genuinely rich, don’t flex their wealth, rarely talk about money, and have zero time or interest to help the average Joe to become rich too.

I heard a clip of him just recently where he was being interviewed and was telling the interviewer that buying a house is one of the worst investments you can make. No duh. A house is a place to live, raise a family, hopefully where you and your family can enjoy life in safety and security. A place where the landlord can't threaten to kick you and your family out or unfairly financially gouge you while not taking good care of the property. He sets up the strawman fallacy of a house being an investment and then easily proves what a bad investment it is, not because he is smart. Because he takes advantage of people who have been lied to about what a house is. Because a house is not meant to perform like an investment. No one understands the value of the safety and security of living in their own home better than people who have never owned a home. Financially, owning real estate is also a hedge against the generally rising price of real estate. That does have a financial value, even if it costs money to maintain.

This is why I have a problem with some celebrities simply co-signing on businesses/entrepreneurs if the scammers can afford to pay them. I will never see Les Brown the same after seeing him on a flyer/panel with "Coach Stormy." Part of their business model includes getting certain people to vouch for them (ie Jay Morrison) then people trust them because of their association. Obviously, you should do your due diligence no matter what and I rarely feel bad for victims who don't, but its still horrible to see. It's nothing new though; folks just rebranded those seminars people paid thousands of dollars to attend in hotel conference rooms back in the day. The speakers knew maybe 5 of 1,000 people would actually do the work, and they made a huge profit. Nowadays, though, they are straight scamming with digital and social collateral as "proof." As a believer and a person with common sense, I know to think twice when a person is talking too fast and is rushing me to make a very consequential decision - instant red flags.
As a salesperson myself Cardone is everything I hate about his approach. He’s stuck in 1993. I worked at a company that worshipped him. They would constantly say “smile and dial”. We needed to make 100 cold calls a day. Hated every minute of it.

I came to this video right after attending my first online 'wealth sermon' by Grant. I am intrigued by learning how to make money in real estate but I kept asking myself, "Why would a guy with 5 billion dollars be trying to sell me a $297 learning program ?"... Doesnt he have enough ? So I went to amazon to buy his books first to see if he had real knowledge to share. All books are audio books only. Nothing to scrutinize and share with others... just more 'listen to me bro'. Then I came to RUclips and I saw a vid of his wife (painted lady = HUGE red flag) selling a program on BUILD YOUR OWN EMPIRE. Selling greed and promises of wealth is a major scam folks. You can learn from him probably but DO NOT TRUST HIM.
I signed up for Cardones training, do I think it is worth it , not really, but did I know exactly what I was signing in the contract, yes, as did or they should have read it everyone mentioned in this video

Grant isn't doing anything illegal in principle. You really just have to apply about 50% of what he says and leave the rest alone. Pay attention to the steak and not the sizzle.
You have to seriously doubt a guy like Grant Cardone who SAYS he is all about real estate, but spends 100% of this time selling seminars and books and videos and manuals instead of focusing all his time on real estate. If real estate is where the big money is, why is he wasting his own time on anything else? I believe he IS focusing his time on where the EASY money is. And it's not a real estate deal or two every month. It's thousands of suckers online who punch in their credit card numbers for his publications.

Reality is from my expirence ,buy house any time iff the market is bottom if is possible. Do not trust guru or different advisors .I bought house 2011 for 290k now is worth 560k .They don't want give me mortgage for 15 then i have for 30 years for 1.5 years then i did refinance and changed to 15 years ,3 more years and house will be paid off.

I invested in Grant Cardone capital and received payment every quarter. Grant change my life. I paid thousands with Rich Dad poor dad coaching, thousands with Tony Robbins, thousands with Peter Vood and spent 1100 with Grant and hit 6 figures in the following year. So it angers me when people create videos like this for click bait and not telling the full story. Grant is no saint but compared to Rich dad poor dad who licensed his brand off to crooks, Grant is no where close.

Today I auditioned for “The Great American Speakoff : Season 3” and definitely found it to be strange. They kept pushing the 10X stage conferences. By the way you are correct about the packages. One was just shy of $1,000 and the other close to $2,000. They even advertised VIP packages to secure an audition spot. I did not buy a VIP and still was able to audition. It was also encouraged that if you were not picked for round 2 to please stick around for second chance auditions. Sadly they only chose 12 out of over 300 folks for a second chance. You could see the frustration in the chat. False hope and false promises even during the audition process raised some serious red flags. Throw in the sales pitches for 10X, a past winner who also was trying to convince participants to purchase a 10X package along with Grant speaking later himself and boom evidence it is a scam. The winner from Season 2 even admitted being given a golden ticket after attending a 10X event. That being said, they push “investing” in yourself and “everyone talks about not having the money but if you are serious…”
Basically they want your money whether you are homeless or just don’t have it. Sad thing is, there are a lot of people in his network supporting these ideologies. Definitely seems like a guru pyramid scheme.
