Is this complaint work properly? I would like to raise a complaint if its works. Else need to get a lawyer.
Ground reality is something different. MahaRera is not able to dispose cases in stipulated time ie 60 Days. Avarage time taken to get first hearing date is beyond 3 months. In any case if buyer succeeds, recovery from builder is near impossible after issuing warrant by MahaRera.
Buyer's have choice either go with builder's instructions or stay in rented house for a life.
Yes since Covid lockdown they are working in Backlog, and hearings are delayed , builder is taking advantage of the same easily.
@@RealEstateTechRET No it's not just because lockdown. From last two years MahaRera hasn't increased number of coram/ benches to run the hearings. Pandemic is just an excuse.
For pending complaints they are requesting both the parties to settle issue in conciliation to hide their inability to dispose cases in time.
Yeah they are very very slow and working in backlog

How do you verify if the extension is actually valid.. why does maha rera not provide a list of projects who have actually got extension.. why it is not mandatory to upload the same in the rera project number for the promoter
