I have booked a showroom in 2011 through 50 lakh cash and got booking of showroom in the project signed by authorized signatory and 20 lakh by cheques. When i asked about agreement he returned 10 lakh through cheques and got original receipt. I have nowhere signed and he's delaying possession on one pretext or other. The project till date not got completion or occupation certificate. Can i case for possession or refund with interest after so many yearz.

I've purchased a piece of land (1.5) Ghuntha in Pune in Nov'19, I've paid the entire amount and the developer has given me the sale agreement and power of attorney of the land, but till now he hasn't given me the land possession, I have made several rounds of his office, calls, wrote letters but still no reply from him on the timeline, what should I do ? Does filing a case will help me or making FIR against him will do, please suggest. It's troubling my mental state alot.

How much time it takes for renewal of RERA project ... As I have invested 40% to builder ... Still the flat is not registered on our name ... Builder said that RERA ka kuch expiry hogaya hai .. 19jun ko renewal k liye dala h ... Still it's not done everytime I call .. thy says will call once it's done karke bolte h but kab ye nai bataya ...
Mam meri same problem hai. Builder ne August mei possession dena hai. But abhi sirf basic structure bana hai. Easily 8 months lag jayege. Mere pass videos aur pics hai. Mei kya kar sakti hu. 25lakhs de rakha hai.
Yes mam, you can but try to go for civil proceedings. You need to understand there are two kinds of cases. One criminal wherein a person is a danger to entire society. The other are of civil type wherein the right or the problem is of an individual like in your case the builder has violated your right. So, it is more of a civil case. But, yet, there have been cases wherein even criminal cases have turned out to be fruitful but to be 100% sure following the civil way is better

Jo mujhe RERA ki site se update milli hai. Ab mujhe flat cancel karna hai. Mene already builder ko bol dia ki mujhe flat cancel karna hai ar mujhe mere pesse vapis chahiye. Builder mujhe last 7 months se essa bol raha hai ki apko apke pesse mil jayege. Builder ka call bhi nhi lag raha sirf whatsapp se hi baat hoti hai. Mujhe bahot fikar ho rahi hai apne pesso ki. Kya aap probable solution batayenge ki mujhe aage kya karna chahiye. Q ki Maha RERA me complaint karne ka bhi 5000 Rs. charges hai uske baad kya surity hai ki mujhe mera pessa mil jayega. Mene builder ka 2 kist me pesse diye the 49000+51000= 1 lac.project start Sep-2019 and completion Feb-2023

Hello mam, firstly, be in contact with the builder though emails. Right emails regularly asking about the progress and sharing your issues so that your cause of action doesn't dies. Secondly, if you cannot hire a lawyer, you can try to pressurize the builder by filing an FIR. But, the best way would be to file either a consumer complaint or complaint in RERA. You can file a complaint by yourself too. But it would be hectic to visit the court every month but if you can do that. You can file a complaint at your end.
