This is useful video. I need some more guidance. I'm disappointed with Lodha's double standards. They charge fees for genuine customer delays but conveniently rely on RERA's extension(geopolitical reason) for their own delays. Is this fair? #RegrettingMyDecision
After making final payment builder is not sure about possession. So what step I can take for the possession

When you say that builder will pay the Compensation on the total amount paid, Does this mean the Loan amount as well which is generally disbursed by the Bank in case Loan or the Compensation is given only on the self sponsored amount ?
Compensation is given on the house value or the amount paid including amount disbursed by the bank

Hello, I have got ordered from rera for delay charges against builder, can i get compensation also , please clarify
RERA will not give you any compensation, but you can file a civil case only if delay was beyond reasonable timeline, again this will be based on the actual facts

I got posession after 3months of delay. Can we all buyers/society members complain about posession delay after i take proptery possession.
RERA gives extension upto 6 months, so there will be no outcome of filing a complaint
@@flatsandkeys sir. We don’t see any extension in RERa site for that builder given. As per process Developer need to apply and pay some fee to RERA for extension which they did not do. Now I see road not constructed properly and they got OC for building. Howcome RERA approved without checking if road is constructed or not.
