Steps to Hard Reset RCA Viking Pro 10.1" 2-in-1Tablet
1. Power of the tablet
2. Press and hold volume up and power button
3. Release power button when you see RCA logo
4. Release volume up button when tablet reaches system recovery screen
5. Use volume down button to scroll to wide data/ factory reset
6. use power button to choose
7. Scroll down to delete all user data
8. Use power button to choose
9. Use power button to choose Reboot system now

This worked out perfectly my friends computer
I had to factory reset after I removed a usb drive before unmounting. The USB port stopped working. Factory reset fixed this. Yay!

It really would have been nice if you stated the tablet needed to be at least 50% charged at the beginning of the video or you risk damaging it. That fact is really crucial for people like me who don't watch the entire video before getting started.

Hello there. How can I get access into the tablet after I did a reboot. It’s stating that I sign in with the google account previously synced. My aunt gave this to me and she doesn’t remember account or password 😩

I found a work around method to connect to the wifi network by using tethering or Bluetooth connectivity thru the Android app store.This method in your video didn't work on my tablet,or my tablet is retarded, lol but either way, these RCA Viking Pro tablets have many issues. After reading many complaints and visiting, Tom's hardware and the largest xda developer community site (s). I just searched for a method that made sense for me and didn't require ITT skill set. A lot of the tech talk was Greek to me and required of multitude of steps,to fix the issue. :)
