- In this video we remove the Google Email FRP Account that is tied to this device. Customer was not able to reset on his own so he came into our shop and now we are teaching you how to remove it on your own! Should work for most all RCA tablets.

How did you get it to open? It will not open at all for me, simply saying "can't open file"
@@aleciacooke9236 download account manager then try to open the file. Find the file that says account manager ànd email and password it should take you straight to the password change page then You have to turn your device off then when it power on you should be Able to set it up with your email account

Hello, for everybody that does not get the 'Assist' button, unfortunately there is nothing that can be done at the moment. This is most likely due to you being on a newer version firmware than the tablet in this video or you have a different tablet. There are times at the shop where we also run into roadblocks and every device cannot be repaired. Im happy to hear so many of you have had success!

I clicked on assist but it wont let me log in 😡
Had same issue. While clicking assist, nothing happened. I went back to the screen to select wifi and selected new wifi and inside the name of the ssid the assist button worked :) now I am on Google and should be able to go on.

I been having the same problem with an rca tablet android 6.0 I am following ur steps how ever i do not get the assist to show up onlu cut copy and paste
I also don't have the ASSIST option on my Voyager III tablet because it doesn't have the Google keyboard installed it only has Android (AOSP)keyboard settings.
I haven’t tried this yet but I plan to. If I do get into it. Would I be able to take off the account that I’m trying to bypass once I’m in it or is that account always going to be on there
Hello Christian I realize this was made a few years ago, however I'm having the same issue on my Samsung Galaxy s21. Will these steps work on that as well? If not would you be able to walk me through how to do it on the s21.
The phone was my Uncles and he passed away last year and I can't get passed the Google verification .

I would say possibly if you move the APK on the SD card and try to insert the SD card once its on the welcome screen. I'm not sure if this would work considering that the RCA Viking has Android 6.0 and the Samsung Galaxy S21 has Android 12. Installing it from the SD Card worked for me with the RCA tablet but I have no clue for the Samsung Galaxy S21.Using a USB Device can be another similar method as well. I'm however still stuck get through the "Just a sec" loading screen. I think that the APK would be compatible. The best way to do it is to look on tutorials/videos for skipping the FRP for the S21. Also sorry about hearing about your uncle passing away from last year.

So I cannot get into my Galileo 11 Pro and have done all the steps except I ran into a roadblock: I downloaded “QuickShortcutMaker”, opened it but when it showed in my downloads and clicked it again, “can’t open file” popped up. Any tips for that?

Hey. What if I don't have de "Assist" option when I type something on the email address bar???????????
If your assist button does nothing at the log in screen, you can go back t Network and click Add Network, then type something and highlight and then tap assist, it should work from there
but the frpfile bypass did not work...i used vnrom bypass google 2021 and it worked
