    I have caught up with weeding in all of my end except for the last two because we've had some big temperature changes around here it's hot in the 90s and then two days later I'm having to pull out yarn from my stuff in the seventies it's crazy.

    Great choice for September. My blanket is a simple texture with 4 rows of 4 colors each month. I love the colors because they match my bedroom!

    I’m hoping to improve my skills at the puff stitch in this months pattern. I have been avoiding any pattern with puffs because they are difficult for me. But I will push thru and master the puff. Thanks Tiffany for giving me the motivation to get out of my comfort zone. 🙂 And I have been weaving in my ends about every two weeks. As of today I have two rows to finish of the August basket stitch and 4 ends to weave.

    No I have not weaved in my ends what I do is wait to the end of each month and weave them in then, which is approaching. Love the puff stitch.

    All your hard work and planning has made this such a fun crocheting experience. Thank you! I love your stitch choice for September! It's so pretty and will add a nice texture to the blanket. Thankfully I've been keeping up with weaving in my ends. 😁

    I’m just now starting September 😅. I’m not weaving my ends in. I’m leaving them for a fringe and adding more to fill in the gaps. I really hope it looks good. 😬

    I don't know why, but this stitch is really frustrating for me. Not sure if it's my technique/tension, or if it's the yarn...I cannot do a single puff without having to restart and redo it. I can't get my hook pulled through all the loops without some snag or hang up. And my puffs don't sit next to each other... there's still a gap. More like a checkerboard look. (Which is be ok with if I didn't see the example of how nicely each row tucks into the previous one.) ...sigh. 🙁

    • @CrochetWithTiffany
      @CrochetWithTiffany  Год назад +1

      It's ok @paula1938. Some stitches are just not for us. One reason I love sampler projects so much is they introduce us to so many different stitches we may not have played with before. We learn a lot about ourselves. I hope you keep practicing this stitch but if it is not one you would like to include in your blanket project I completely understand. Feel free to substitute this stitch out for another Taller stitch using a Dc or Tr to keep this section longer. I would recommend choosing a stitch with a one-to-one stitch ration so you don't have to worry about figuring out a multiple stitch count requirement. Something like a Front Loop Only or Back Loop Only or maybe a Front Post or Back Post. I hope this helps and keeps you moving forward on your blanket. 😊🧶❤️

      @CrochetWithTiffany oh, I won't let it defeat me! 🤪 just like a previous month that I didn't get along with as well. LOL. I'm in South Texas... and I've run out of red... picking up some more today to get these red puffs done! I've LOVED doing this sampler IN SPITE OF the stitches I don't care for... as a newer crocheter, I've lived learning ALL the stitches you've chosen! Thank you for doing this crochet along! 😍❤️🥰

    How many stitches should there be ending in August & getting ready for September’s puff stitch stitch? I have 191. Thanks.

    • @CrochetWithTiffany
      @CrochetWithTiffany  10 месяцев назад +1

      Great question! Just review the Calendar Stitch Cards. Each month will have a stitch count you will need for that months crochet stitch to work. You can find all the Calendar Stitch cards this far on my website under Crochet Along. CrochetWithTiffany.com

    I am behind starting, but I have a JoAnn store within easy distance, I think I may wait to start. Are you going to do another beginning January, or should I just print out this pattern and do it on a different schedule?

    • @CrochetWithTiffany
      @CrochetWithTiffany  Год назад +1

      Great question! I have not decided if I want to take on a new Year Long Crochet Along for 2024 yet. But if I do I don't think it will be a Temperature Blanket, I think it will just be a Sampler. That way I can have a little more control. Go ahead and print out all of the patterns anyway and feel free to work on your own schedule or if you would like to go back in time and work a different year all together. I still have 3 more months of patterns I have not released yet for the year but you can get your hands on the 9 I have released. 😊❤️🧶
