I have grew up with Great Grandparents from both of my parents. I grew up with Alpha men that dressed to impress and took care of our family. Women these days are not so fortunate.

When I was in college I thought a job that required me to travel a lot would be fun and exciting....nice dinners, explore glamorous cities etc....instead I worked 70 hours a week not including travel time as a supply chain management consultant and I rarely got to explore a city and even if I had the time to explore I was traveling to places like Davenport Iowa and Tuscaloosa Alabama 😂😂😂😂

Im 32 my bf and I want to get married soon. I am trying to climb as high as possible BEFORE we decide to have kids so after i can either consult on my time or when they get to elementary go back to work and not start at 0. But i make more now and have higher earning potential so i think its worth the climb until his earnings pass mine.

My first boss was an “Alpha Female” white lady. Very masculine energy. Always combative, especially with the other women in the company. But unlike what these women talking about it now, she was married for years and her husband was a “beta male” who stayed at home while she earned 6 figures bc her job came first. That was the life she chose and she was happy with her choice, not out here saying she wouldn’t “settle” and waiting for a productive man that makes more money than her. You can be a married “Alpha Female” if you want but not to a man that is competitive and successful in his own right. Masculine energy doesn’t mix well at home with more masculine energy. The Chinese have long understood this (Yin/Yang) and so did we for centuries. Societies can change but fundamental human nature does not.

When it comes to this whole alpha female situation. I think it depends on your upbringing. It is not so much I don't need a man, but a protective barrier for some black women. Femininity is given to every woman at birth but past that negates how long and why. Your upbringing can be the catapult to why you choose certain careers. Why would a woman choose to be other than her true nature? What did she see and hear growing up? How did she internalize that? Sometimes it can take hearing that one thing, or seeing that one thing that can change your whole thought process especially as a child. Unless women want to truly be men, I think your average bw wants to be feminine, you can tell by how hard some focus on their looks, but they can't let go of the baggage, and it can weigh on you and make you tired, frustrated, aggressive, depressed, competitive, combative, controlling, demanding etc; Erykah Badu said it best "Bag lady" . When you have been an alpha for so long, it is definitely something you can't turn on/off like a switch. Wouldn't work. Couples have extreme pressure to lie to save face for themselves and with their partners. Few men are in a relationship in which they can be brutally honest, and they are compelled to defend their woman even if she's wrong because he'll lose his investment in her if he doesn't.

As a self proclaimed Medium Value Man, I can honestly say that hanging out with a group of really fun very feminine females is super intoxicating. So when you're used to just good clean fun with females that are just nice and like to dance and joke and have great vibe is awesome.

Then the energy is all weird and the girls that are more shy and timid are not having fun. I moved to Uganda almost 2 years ago and it's very much a male dominated society and women are fine with it that way. They want their men strong and dominant so they can stay home and pump out kids. Strength here is celebrated not shamed. So I honestly have no clue where North America will be in 10 years from now. Where they want to move the goalposts and shame excellence in areas they can't be good at. It seems to be a recipe for disaster.

When it comes to this whole alpha female situation. I think it depends on your upbringing. It is not so much I don't need a man, but a protective barrier for some black women. Femininity is given to every woman at birth but past that negates how long and why. Your upbringing can be the catapult to why you choose certain careers. Why would a woman choose to be other than her true nature? What did she see and hear growing up? How did she internalize that? Sometimes it can take hearing that one thing, or seeing that one thing that can change your whole thought process especially as a child. Unless women want to truly be men, I think your average bw wants to be feminine, you can tell by how hard some focus on their looks, but they can't let go of the baggage, and it can weigh on you and make you tired, frustrated, aggressive, depressed, competitive, combative, controlling, demanding etc; Erykah Badu said it best "Bag lady" .
When you have been an alpha for so long, it is definitely something you can't turn on/off like a switch. That is why she is fe-male dependent upon the upbringing, experiences, and choices she has made as an adult some tap into it never to be seen again in their true nature except once a month.
