Seattle broke the world record in Centurylink against San Francisco in 2013. 137.6 decibels. a few years later the chiefs barely broke that world record and only because the cheifs have more capacity.
Tyrone Prothro’s “The Catch” definitely should’ve been on here. 2005 Alabama vs Southern Mississippi game. Prothro caught the ball, behind the defender’s back, in the end zone. Even after both players fell/rolled around, he still had complete control of the ball. It was an unbelievable catch!

Philly is crazy passionate for all 4 sports franchises. The city has to grease the light poles in an attempt to discourage fans from climbing them… which has the opposite effect 😂

@@katyas-mom Ma'am your fans burn the city down when you win games. That's a problem. You also attack opposing fans at games, that's a problem. You throw snowballs at opposing fans, weather permitting, again that's a problem. The people of Philadelphia are incredibly kind, only to people within the tribe. That's not true kindness, that's being toxic and approaching cultish behavior. I experienced it first hand with Philly fans who I had as teammates in college. If you're in the clan, they accept you as family, but if you're outside the clan they are awful people: rude, loud, brash, and simply put, toxic. Anyone can love their family, but true kindness is loving your enemies as well. So I understand, because I've lived it. And I understand it for what it is. And just because you're too ignorant to understand that there's loads of things to do in KC and Green Bay because you live on a bubble on the east coast doesn't mean that it's true. So next time maybe humble yourself and learn a thing or two from the people that actually know what it means to love their neighbor.
seattle crowd is huge with both sounders and seahawks. seahawks were super relevant through out the 2010's going to mulitple superbowls and the way the stadium is made was purposely to increase sound noise. the 12's (the seahawks fans) have played a huge part in turnover, opponents, not being able to hear the play, false starts, etc. the stadium was built with sound in mind.
aidan is very correct too. seattle only has their few teams and they are crazy about them. not even from seattle. but they always get it going when they have a team playing.
I'd give Ice Hockey celebrations as the best after college football. Manchester United and Arsenal just broke a soccer attendance record at Metlife Stadium (Giants/Jets stadium) with over 82,000 people. Professional soccer is pretty big in the U.S. The Seahawks and Chiefs have the two loudest stadiums in the world.

The Guiness World Record for loudest recorded indoor crowd roar is currently Allen Fieldhouse at 130.4 decibels. Which is the equivalent to a jet taking off, the loudest rock concert ever recorded, and a gun shot at close range. Allen Fieldhouse is the home court of the University of Kansas Jayhawks basketball team. The arena sells out at 16,300 fans. I've been in that arena when the crowd is going, and it can get so loud you can't hear the person next to you, and then when a home player is shooting a free throw it gets so quiet you can hear the air circulating through a ventilation system. It is one of the best venues in all of sports. I'm pretty sure there is a part two to this video and it is on there and it's not even the time the set the record.

These are great! ..Also, the New York Mets miraculously coming back and scoring the winning run in the last inning to win game 6 of the 1986 World Series in New York was incredibly loud.
Ice hockey i velieve play in either nba stadiums, or their own specific smaller stadiums. It never seems as loud, but the crowds are always the best out of any spoet ive been to. Aside from big moments like these of course. Buying whole squids or fish at markets at throwing them onto the ice has become a thing the last year or so. I love it
Clearly an Alabama fan made this. LSU had the loudest moment ever that caused a earthquake. 1988
Sure a Bama fan wanted all these baseball and basketball videos.🙄
Seattle Seahawks and KC Chiefs have the 2 loudest stadiums in the WORLD. they've broken guinness world records for it. they are both sister stadiums as they were similar designs.
Seahawks was an enclosed arena while the Chief's is not.........
Chief's still hold the world record........
@@kennethcadwell2124 it's an outdoor stadium so you clearly don't know what you're talking about. there is no closing roof
@JWalk-hl7dr false its open now but before 2002 the Seahawks played in a dome.......
They had a new stadium built that opened in 2002. Before that when the record was threatened by Seattle it was a dome stadium.............
They only had 1 good attempt since the new stadium and Seattle only held the record for a little over a week. Then the Chief's took it back.........
You really need to go back to the 90's when Seattle was in the AFC West division and look at those games. Seahawks were in a dome then.........
Seattle broke the world record in Centurylink against San Francisco in 2013. 137.6 decibels. a few years later the chiefs barely broke that world record and only because the cheifs have more capacity.
@@kennethcadwell2124 you are clearly a chiefs fan and trying to reason with a chiefs fan is like trying to reason with a brick wall, or Cowboys fan.
1:31 I always feel bad for that Duke player on the ground who immediately gets trampled lol
That wasn't Duke...that was Kentucky...by the way...Kentucky won the rematch handily in the NCAA Tournament
Lads I’ve been asking for months please take a look at Origins of "the greatest soccer rivalry in North America" Timbers vs. Sounders
Agreed
Tyrone Prothro’s “The Catch” definitely should’ve been on here. 2005 Alabama vs Southern Mississippi game. Prothro caught the ball, behind the defender’s back, in the end zone. Even after both players fell/rolled around, he still had complete control of the ball. It was an unbelievable catch!
Definitely. Best catch ever!
Here is the US, we used to have a weekly show(60's-80's) called "Wide World Of Sports" with the iconic opening line "The thrill of victory and the agony of defeat". That line describes that feeling you mentioned around 18:00 better than just about anything else.
Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri currently holds the Guinness World Record for loudest open outdoor air stadium. It hit a record of 142.2 decibels during a 2014 game where only 76,416 fans showed up. This sound was equivalent to a jet engine. AND I was there that night! It was INSANE!!!
Yes. We sport fans here in the States sure are loud when our team(s) win.
Ahhhh the second clip. A moment that will forever be heartbreaking 😔. At least we got our revenge on Indiana in the March Madness Tournament on our way to winning the National Championship.
Yep! Kentucky Blue Title! Yes indeed. That ESPN score keeper,🙄what was that person looking at? Putting the wrong points on screen.🥴
My brother and I were at the AFC Championship Game where we beat Brady and the Patriots! The Hoosier Dome erupted!
Yeah y’all need to do a Kobe highlight reel. He had 5+ buzzer beaters in a single season.
My fav crowd reaction will always be the "B.S." chant from Ravens fans. haha truly a thing of beauty
Vancouver, Seattle and Portland soccer is akin to a derby in Europe sans hooligans
Let's not get crazy,LOL!
7:25 That clip is called the Music City Miracle. It's the most review clip in the NFL next to The Immaculate Reception. If you watch it from the sideline, it was a backwards pass and legal.
1987 and 1991 World Series at the Hubert Humphrey Metrodome in Minneapolis. A decibel meter was installed in the stadium, and the crowd was measured to be louder than a jetliner on takeoff. People always forget about that.
They forget that because the Kansaa City Chief's hold the world record for loudest stadium.........
@@kennethcadwell2124 so...if a record is established somewhere, then all other instances should be forgotten. Then, friend Kenneth, there would be no compilation videos.
@bentighe4811 the video is called loudest reactions. So to not include or mention other stadiums besides the W.R. holder.........
Is a dishonor to the Chief's........
The people in America go crazy over sports more than just about any other country it seems. "Bread And Circuses" (sports) were made up by the Romans in order to distract their citizens to keep them from trying to overthrow their government because the poor & middle class always outnumber the elite ruling class 1% and the elite know this so they try to dumb down, distract and feed everyone into oblivion with the mainstream media that the rich elite own especially with the illusion of choice through Demonrats and Republicans who both work for the rich because money runs everything not politicians but the ruling class want us to think that the politicians do but politicians are only a dividing tool to keep the poor & middle classes fighting against each other while the rich run to the bank with all our money especially the money we spend giving to their rich tycoon pals of theirs at all the stadiums that they build. It's called divide and conquer.
Just take the "i" out of stadium and what does sound like? ...➡️ Stay dumb.😂 🐑🐑🐑.
You should react to the history of the rivalry of Seattle Sounders vs Portland Timbers…
Great video and great rivalry…
Should have done the react to the beast quake
Kansas city is in the Guinness book of world records as the loudest stadium in the nfl
Amagin if they did the contest during the beast quake
@@rondolan6457 But they didn't! Face it your stadium is #2.
@@johnathansteil8186 if the contest was first done during the 67 Beast quake run. Witch set off a 2,3 Earth quack on the seismic meter. Their wouldn't have been contest. It wouldn't been close.
@@rondolan6457 Would have could have....
College baseball and College hockey are JUST as loud and fanatical in the USA. They are rarely covered but they JUST as exciting as the other top sports here in the USA. Just check out some of the "Pump it Up" videos for all these sports and you will see it for sure.
a lot of American teams give shirts away for playoff games. Seattle is the loudest/2nd loudest football stadium in the NFL
Seattle has NFL, MLB, NHL and MLS teams. Every pro sport except NBA and they used to have one of those and may again very soon. No lack of sports there.
You guys should do a reaction to that South Florida vs UCF game in this video. Greatest football game youll ever see.
Yes. That was from 2017.
The most passionate NFL fans are probably Philadelphia, Cleveland, and Buffalo. It was the Raiders before they moved to Vegas.
Philly is crazy passionate for all 4 sports franchises. The city has to grease the light poles in an attempt to discourage fans from climbing them… which has the opposite effect 😂
@@lovesgucci1 Fans from Philadelphia mistake passion with toxicity. I wouldn't call Cleveland fans passionate, more like masochists. Buffalo fans though, those guys are passionate. But don't ignore fanbases like Green Bay and Kansas City.
@@loganleroy8622we're not toxic, and we don't care if you don't understand.
KC and Green Bay literally have nothing else to do except watch football. 😂
There is a criminal lack of Beastquake yet again
Amagin if they did the contest during the beast quake
seattle crowd is huge with both sounders and seahawks. seahawks were super relevant through out the 2010's going to mulitple superbowls and the way the stadium is made was purposely to increase sound noise. the 12's (the seahawks fans) have played a huge part in turnover, opponents, not being able to hear the play, false starts, etc. the stadium was built with sound in mind.
aidan is very correct too. seattle only has their few teams and they are crazy about them. not even from seattle. but they always get it going when they have a team playing.
Should have done the reaction of the Beast quake
@@rondolan6457 oh thats for sure
I'd give Ice Hockey celebrations as the best after college football. I've had moments in St. Louis when i felt like the stadium was going to collapse on all of us inside because of the noise and jumping. Liked the video but i can think of 50 events id put ahead of the the ones selected by this video maker.
You should watch the highlights form the MLB NLDS last year. It was one of the greatest upsets in MLB history with a long history behind it. Just a magical moment. And I'm totally not biased because I was at the deciding game lol
This is kind of an awful list. No Tiger Stadium in Baton Rouge. No Superdome in New Orleans. Literally two of the loudest stadiums in the world, not just America.
I was at that thunder game. If I remember correctly, it was the first ever playoff game since the thunder came to OKC. Absolutely insane how loud it was.
7:30 I was at this game, it was in 2000.
7:45 RIP Steve McNair
look at the bacboard lights red ring. it is tied to the shot clock and game c;ock, buzzer beaters are launched before the ring turns and is red when you get the swish
Love that you mentioned that Seattle needs their NBA team back! The city was fully robbed, I still remember the day the team got traded man my family was absolutely devastated. BRING EM BACK!!🟡🟢
That Auburn kick return was amazing
Manchester United and Arsenal just broke a soccer attendance record at Metlife Stadium (Giants/Jets stadium) with over 82,000 people. Professional soccer is pretty big in the U.S. The Seahawks and Chiefs have the two loudest stadiums in the world.
The super Sonic’s stadium was the smallest in the league
Not enough baseball. A crucial homerun in the playoffs makes the crowd go insane like no other sport. Maybe hockey also.
Seattle is only the SECOND loudest stadium. ARROWHEAD, in KANSAS CITY holds the Guinness Book World Record for Loudest Outdoor Stadium in the World. Seattle broke Arrowhead's record and it was taken back a couple of weeks later. Seattle could never come close in any attempt since. A list without the record holding loudest crowd is no list.
Exactly!!!
Next video should be Slap Fights
I believe Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City holds the record for loudest stadium
That is correct.......
But remember Kansas City hold more people than Seattle. Seattle louder all the time they have more opposing team false starts than any other team. The giant commeted 11 false starts in 2005. Now amagin if they did the contest during the beast quake run
"Indoor record", yes but as the world record overall for loudest stadium goes to the Kansas City Chief's..........
I bet it was louder in the kingdom
Whether they shoot close or long depends on if they need a 2-point or 3-point play.
Seattle has a loud stadium, but college games are louder. I was talking to a guy whose son played at Oklahoma and went to the Seahawks. He said it’s not even close.
The biggest crowd in Seattle has actually been for a Sounders game, not a Seahawks game
Luv the content guys. Hello from Southern California
In my opinion, college basketball has the loudest most ear ringing atmospheres in the world. I've left many college basketball games with ears ringing for hours afterwards, its insane
That auburn Alabama play at 16:00 PLEASE PLEASE look up that play with the auburn radio call it might be the greatest call I’ve ever heard in sports. There’s Lita of context as to why that play is insane I can’t explain it all right now but DAMM
Love that Penguins Winter Classic hat
One thing about Basketball is the stadiums are all indoors so the sound bounces around more than most outdoor stadiums
I highly recommend watching the 2015 ALDS Game 5 to see the events that led up to Bautista's home run. It was an incredibly unique game. There are youtube videos of the seventh inning specifically
I'm surprised they didn't have Fisk's home run - I seem to remember the stadium going crazy for that one
I think with the cubs clip from '16, You need the reaction of the crowd outside Wrigley.
I just want tl say i love your videos thanks you guys are cool dudes
I was there when Kobe threw the lob to Shaq .... my ears are still ringing but Im surprised I can hear at all because back in the 80's ... the Ultimate Warrior came out the tunnel to save Hulk Hogan and my ears exploded !
Kansas City has the record for loudest stadium beating Seattle. These two cities are recognized to hold the some of the loudest stadiums in the world and def the two loudest in the US
Remember Kansas City hold more people than Seattle. Now Seattle louder all the time they have more opposing team false starts than any other team. Record is set by new York who commented 11 false starts in 2005

You should 100% take a look into the Atlanta Braves' World Series run in 2021, ESPECIALLY Game 6 of the NLCS against the Dodgers.
7:29, Oh, the Immaculate Deception. (AKA the Music City Miracle. I'm a Bills fan, I'm contractually obligated to be salty AF about that, but I admit, it looks to me like it's _perfectly_ lateral so it's a valid play.) I really, really did like the running thing with the Manning brothers because they made it to a few Super Bowls there, and never against each other despite Eli's Giants being an NFC team and both the Colts and Broncos, for Peyton, being AFC teams, so they never had to play against each other. And they'd always cut to Peyton in the stands/luxury box when Eli was taking the Giants down the field and Eli when Peyton was doing the same for the Colts and Broncos.
I think OKC has some good fans
2001 World Series...Gonzo... Oh baby....
15:37 Bama was undefeated and was supposed to be the best team in the country, and soon go to the National Championship. But they lost in that freak way.
After that loss, they had to play my OU Sooners in the 2014 Sugar Bowl. OU was 2 TD underdogs going into that game, but they ended up winning by 2 TD's.
