Use ZEP Tile and Grout cleaner. Spray it on, hose it off and it literally takes seconds. The wheels come out spotless, and there is no need for brushes.
Had an Explorer yesterday that had the.most.caked.on.dust I’d ever encountered. I actually had to use Blue Magic metal polish to clean them. It ended up working but my fingers are still killing me.

By the way those sun joe pressure washers actually only have a 1450max psi. if you scroll down to the description of the product it says so. I have the spx3200 and its the same deal i use the 15 degree spray lance and it works great but just so you know.
I've come to realize that for your detail jobs on site, unless you're charging a service for a thorough wheel clean, you're just not gonna get the inside wheel spokes or even behind it clean enough like you can on the drum and face. No tool is going to allow you to get back there, with enough room to agitate and rinse.

What about using a cordless pressure washer for tires/wheels? Will that be enough pressure to get those pesky lug nut areas clean? Seems like a steamer would take a lot longer.
He makes a small amount of money on them that's what makes them different.. he just rebrands stuff that's what he said in another video...but it supports him and his videos witch I like a lot and he is not asking for handouts so sounds good to me if it's just another few bucks or so and you get something out of it

Sorry, but the bucket of soapy water with the brushes removed the brake dust and dirt. People need to stop buying 20 different products to wash a car.
