How did I play this game for 50 hours and encounter, like, 5 minor bugs meanwhile Kev over here played it for 3 and found about a hundred tomes more than I did??
Haven’t had any crashes on my series x, came across bugs that stopped progressing twice. 120 hours in total, not bad but I think it definitely needs an overhaul
I had WAY more fun with sandy samurai imo. Maybe it was how i played it but it took way to much grinding for the gear to make it really strong. I'd rather just run around stopping time and samurai swording people to death.

Just wanna clarify that kevs playing on an older character so this isn’t what the game is actually like, there were some fixes that required you to create a new character for the fixes to apply

Played on my series X and got a few bugs that had me reload my save but nothing game breaking and no crashes. Honestly had a blast, great story. Would've been immensely praised if not for the shoddy release
It's really too bad how inconsistent it was. I played on release on PC with only an i5-6600k and gtx 1070, but my game ran pretty steadily above 50 fps most of the time with medium ish graphics, and I had very few big bugs. I had so much fun with the game that I pumped 100 hours into it in the first couple weeks.

A ES game that is nearly 20 years old did better questing, and a GTA game even older did open world simulation better, and Bioware games even older than that did characters better. This same company did infinitely better in all those marks in the previous rpg. but hey, many of the tech bugs were fixed, so lets pretend that's all there is to say.
Are you using an old save file from launch, or at least several patches ago? That's the only reason I can think of as to why you'd still be encountering this many bugs. I haven't had anything even remotely like this happen in a long time.

My only guess is this YTer went out of there way to find bugs and glitches, in the sense of going off course, utilizing mods, or pushing the games near it limitations. Most people TODAY can play for 50 hours and only have 1 or 2 crashes of even that.

Just got this game last Thursday and I loved it I haven’t done all the side missions but I’m working on that right now. Only ones I have left are the ones I’ve been putting off. It’s a great game, one of my favorites. It’s sad that the initial launch was so poorly received

As some people pointed out, I believe you're still encountering all these bugs because you're using a pre-patch save file. Not only did I never encounter anything remotely close to that in my 60 hours of gameplay, multiple people say the same and there's an ocean of footage of the game running smoothly like butter. There are still minor glitches, physics bugs and stuff like that, but there's clearly something VERY wrong in your gameplay that doesn't compute with all I've seen so far. The game may not be 100% fixed, but it is absolutely playable and, in my subjective opinion, great.
Uhhh... Idk how the game looks this bad in this video. I've played through 2 saves the past 5 months for the first time in PC. And Ive encountered almost 0 bugs and the NPC's acted somewhat normal. I think this is carried over bugs from an Older Save...
I did 1 playthrough to get ready for the DLC and found just as many bugs. People are either blind, don't notice or just CDPR cockriders (and this is coming from someone whose favorite game is TW3) Still enjoyed Cyberpunk.

I’ve played this since day 1 have multiple characters, multiple play throughs, one character even has 130+ hours. Always had a blast, never encountered anything game breaking, multiple bugs but Bethesda level bugs where they just kinda add something funny but never had it crash or anything major. Been on Xbox One X and as of last year Xbox Series X
Was a cyberpunk hater because of videos like this, tried the game had like 0 bugs and loved the game. 100+ hours playtrough and hyped for phantom liberty.
I just finished a 70 hour playththrough on PC, and despite some of the issues the game still has. That being spawning vehicles, questionable NPC AI, a few crashes, and graphical glitches, and slow start. Despite that, I really feel the story at least turned out to be what was promised. I feel the endings were satisfying and unexpected, and the characters are likeable and decent.
Recently decided to give the game another chance and booted it up on my ps5, One of the very first things I witnessed upon exiting the tutorial mission was an entire wall reading out “texture not found” and moments later the game crashing twice in a row and refusing to open for a solid thirty minutes. Safe to say I still soundly believe it’s appalling that they decided “let’s add a dlc!”
What a surprise just bought cyberpunk on PS4 runs pretty good so far occasional glitches and crash but nothing really bad or major love the game starting a second playthrough
I never really experienced bugs in this game. But when I did, they were hilarious. Like the mission where you are delivering taxis back to Delamane, one taxi tried to run away from me and ended up driving past Delamane HQ so the mission completed itself without me doing anything

I played 80hours on PC and encountered several bug only at the beginning. And one broken mission. The storytelling is great. If you play it as a linear game it is fantastic. I am curious if he downloaded all the new patches before starting it. And on which system he's playing.
my guess is he did not install patches and played on the same old save, as I have not encountered a single bug that I would remember in my time playing
I think starting with a new character would help reduce the bugs. I play it quiet often and its always a lot of fun. Yeah i use a couple of mods (around 30) which add more depths to the game but still the base game is still good. I wouldnt buy it for a full price but if you get it for 30 bucks get it you will enjoy it.

Nope u are mistaken it having so much bugs made it a vibe, the fix gave me a reason to do my 2nd run and the dlc inspired me to do my 3rd doing all starter groups
Not to discredit anyone else's experience but I've put a couple 100 hours into Cyber punk. I was a day 1 PS4 player even and I never once, on any of my playthroughs got any game breaking bugs like this lol. The worst I ever had was a little bit of pop in and a door that wouldn't open on a side quest. Other than that I had a pretty good time on my multiple PS4 playthroughs and again on PC when I was messing around with mods lol. I guess I'm just lucky?
Maybe lol, I have Cyberpunk on a base PS4 too but I honestly never even attempted to play the game unpatched after all the videos I've seen on RUclips of how broken the last gen versions were, I just waited for the update to install and the only issues I really have are some pop in problems and some audio bugs, that was about it

But, chiropractic treatment did remove the shooting pain I was feeling from a pinched nerve. Not quite a shotgun blast to the back, but close enough hahahaha.
I guess if you're looking for bugs you're gonna find them. For an open world game, Cyberpunk has just the right amount of bugs as any other. Even RDR2 has upside down horses. Still, it remains that it is an enjoyable 600 hours of playtime and counting for me. My Elden ring record is just over 400 hours, RDR2 and Witcher 3 are at 500 hours each. IDK why I keep going back to this game even though admittedly, it has the least content among all the ones i've mentioned after finishing the main story.
I've played 150+ hours in the last 2-3 months. Bug free. Pretty easy to break a game by messing with config settings or running the game without the required specs, you know, by turning on path tracing without the required graphics card. But Kevduit would never engage in such shenanigans.

I played it at launch, wasn't great on my laptop at all, but as I upgraded to a PC, modded it a lil for QOL it really is a great game that never got finished properly.
I recently tried again, too. Started over, got to Vic's the first time, left the basement and boom: all textures and lighting on the environment gone. Everything was just black. I so want this game to be good, but sadly it isn't.
My experience with the game was as follows: Booted the game Got to the character creation Character is nothing but a black shadow Restarted the game Shadow puppet Messed with the graphics Shadow puppet Put everything on low Shadow puppet Repaired the game Shadow puppet Deinstalled the game 10/10 absolutely riveting
It's not just bugs. The story is garbage, 95% of side quests is a boring unfinished mess, characters are easily forgettable. Gameplay is not challenging, NPC's feel like dolls on a shooting range.
I've not seen anywhere near as many bugs as you've shown in your videos, and I've got almost 500 hours in the game. Unintentional destroyer of games is 100% your official title
i know for certain people their specific copy of the game is just buggier than other peoples. like this one guy who does challenge runs on cyberpunk has a few reoccurring glitches i've never had while playing, like the AV panam shoots down doing a little dance and a fan that just circles the map on the quest to get her truck back
Cyberpunk 2077: hey, the game is finally better and at least don't have as much glitches as before. Battlefield 2042: Yeah, we had some glitches and problems, but we had some reworks and PS PLUS and now we're better. Fallout 76: I just kinda... Work sometimes. Redfall: I'M DYING, HELP ME! The other games: oh don't worry, you'll make it... In about 2 years.
Think one of the reasons Kevduit encounters so many bugs is because his save is from launch and has been used on almost every patch its gotta be super funked up by now especially since some of those patches make engine changes I'm surprised it even allows him to load that save its that and Kevduit just being built different lmao.
I bought it a couple of days ago. I would argue that I have a pretty good PC, I don't have any problems with any other (newer) games. I usually play games on the highest graphic settings, etc. but this game STILL gave me problems: random crashes (despite all of my drivers being the newest versions), random bugs, etc. it is honestly very bothersome.
Most of the bugs remaining in this game are physics related, because it's simply unfixable at the stage of the game, just like horse glitch in Skyrim, the engine would require to be properly rebuild from scratch to avoid thoses issues. EDIT: I just finished watching the video, and OMG, how did you got that much bugs ? i never had this tons of bugs in 100hours of playing lol. I'm pretty sure you don't play on an SSD with a good enough graphics card, this is what causes most of the bugs to happen.
I think that might not be the case, i ran this game on a potato pc and a hard drive and had just some minor bugs, this man has talent for somehow sphaggetifing a code of a game once he touches it.
@Filip Janák yes and no. I found that most bugs in this game are storage and CPU related. You could obviously have a bug free experience if you got lucky enough but if your storage is too slowvand CPU is fully under load, that's when you start to get some of the weirder ones. Not the ones Kevin is getting tho, these seem mostly unrelated.

As literally everyone else here has said already... I've played like 100hrs since I bought this game on Epic last Christmas for $29.99 and haven't seen any of these bugs. Of course there was like a 90GB patch that needed to be installed or something crazy like that but the game runs great on my PC. Thanks for the entertaining vids though.

I finally did a new run as a net runner for the first time last month and gotta say net runner is insanely op and fun
That was my first run class, it did make guns and anything else pointless tough

I originally played Cyberpunk on PS4 which is the reason I quicksave so often. A year later I got a PS5 and this is like a totally different game
I swear it felt so different when I played on ps5 I barely remembered everything that happened cause of all the bugs

When I got it on oc. It didn't feel different. The graphics were better but there are still some issues too small for cdpr to even care.

Played the game recently on PS5. Game breaking glitches were rare but performance issues and immersion breaking bugs were innumerable.
I played it on launch on Ps5 and had to get a refund lol

I’ve played this since day 1 have multiple characters, multiple play throughs, one character even has 130+ hours. Always had a blast, never encountered anything game breaking, multiple bugs but Bethesda level bugs where they just kinda add something funny but never had it crash or anything major. Been on Xbox One X and as of last year Xbox Series X
i dont even know how kev does this, i played the first version of cyberpunk 2077 and only encountered 3 minor bugs and here he is breaking the game

Was a cyberpunk hater because of videos like this, tried the game had like 0 bugs and loved the game. 100+ hours playtrough and hyped for phantom liberty.

I just finished a 70 hour playththrough on PC, and despite some of the issues the game still has. That being spawning vehicles, questionable NPC AI, a few crashes, and graphical glitches, and slow start. Despite that, I really feel the story at least turned out to be what was promised. I feel the endings were satisfying and unexpected, and the characters are likeable and decent.
I just reached 100 hours in Cyberpunk and I don’t think I going half of the bugs you did, I don’t know how you do it but keep doing it Kev

Recently decided to give the game another chance and booted it up on my ps5, One of the very first things I witnessed upon exiting the tutorial mission was an entire wall reading out “texture not found” and moments later the game crashing twice in a row and refusing to open for a solid thirty minutes. Safe to say I still soundly believe it’s appalling that they decided “let’s add a dlc!”

What a surprise just bought cyberpunk on PS4 runs pretty good so far occasional glitches and crash but nothing really bad or major love the game starting a second playthrough

I never really experienced bugs in this game. But when I did, they were hilarious. Like the mission where you are delivering taxis back to Delamane, one taxi tried to run away from me and ended up driving past Delamane HQ so the mission completed itself without me doing anything

But I think is not honest to say it is the best open world rpg game ever and saying it has no bugs when it stills a bad optimized game. Saying "it is the best rpg ever, it had no bugs, the open world is the best ive ever seen" seems like a fanboy using his experience in an attempt to "clear" all the shit cd projekt did, promised and didnt deliver. It is an exageration and im just sharing and opposite point of view.
I played 80hours on PC and encountered several bug only at the beginning. And one broken mission. The storytelling is great. If you play it as a linear game it is fantastic. I am curious if he downloaded all the new patches before starting it. And on which system he's playing.
my guess is he did not install patches and played on the same old save, as I have not encountered a single bug that I would remember in my time playing
I think starting with a new character would help reduce the bugs. I play it quiet often and its always a lot of fun. Yeah i use a couple of mods (around 30) which add more depths to the game but still the base game is still good. I wouldnt buy it for a full price but if you get it for 30 bucks get it you will enjoy it.

Nope u are mistaken it having so much bugs made it a vibe, the fix gave me a reason to do my 2nd run and the dlc inspired me to do my 3rd doing all starter groups
Not to discredit anyone else's experience but I've put a couple 100 hours into Cyber punk. I was a day 1 PS4 player even and I never once, on any of my playthroughs got any game breaking bugs like this lol. The worst I ever had was a little bit of pop in and a door that wouldn't open on a side quest. Other than that I had a pretty good time on my multiple PS4 playthroughs and again on PC when I was messing around with mods lol. I guess I'm just lucky?
Maybe lol, I have Cyberpunk on a base PS4 too but I honestly never even attempted to play the game unpatched after all the videos I've seen on RUclips of how broken the last gen versions were, I just waited for the update to install and the only issues I really have are some pop in problems and some audio bugs, that was about it

But, chiropractic treatment did remove the shooting pain I was feeling from a pinched nerve. Not quite a shotgun blast to the back, but close enough hahahaha.
I guess if you're looking for bugs you're gonna find them. For an open world game, Cyberpunk has just the right amount of bugs as any other. Even RDR2 has upside down horses. Still, it remains that it is an enjoyable 600 hours of playtime and counting for me. My Elden ring record is just over 400 hours, RDR2 and Witcher 3 are at 500 hours each. IDK why I keep going back to this game even though admittedly, it has the least content among all the ones i've mentioned after finishing the main story.

I've played 150+ hours in the last 2-3 months. Bug free. Pretty easy to break a game by messing with config settings or running the game without the required specs, you know, by turning on path tracing without the required graphics card. But Kevduit would never engage in such shenanigans.

I played it at launch, wasn't great on my laptop at all, but as I upgraded to a PC, modded it a lil for QOL it really is a great game that never got finished properly.
Just like any Bethesda game

Started over, got to Vic's the first time, left the basement and boom: all textures and lighting on the environment gone. Everything was just black.
I so want this game to be good, but sadly it isn't.

It's not just bugs. The story is garbage, 95% of side quests is a boring unfinished mess, characters are easily forgettable. Gameplay is not challenging, NPC's feel like dolls on a shooting range.

i know for certain people their specific copy of the game is just buggier than other peoples. like this one guy who does challenge runs on cyberpunk has a few reoccurring glitches i've never had while playing, like the AV panam shoots down doing a little dance and a fan that just circles the map on the quest to get her truck back

Battlefield 2042: Yeah, we had some glitches and problems, but we had some reworks and PS PLUS and now we're better.

Think one of the reasons Kevduit encounters so many bugs is because his save is from launch and has been used on almost every patch its gotta be super funked up by now especially since some of those patches make engine changes I'm surprised it even allows him to load that save its that and Kevduit just being built different lmao.

I bought it a couple of days ago. I would argue that I have a pretty good PC, I don't have any problems with any other (newer) games. I usually play games on the highest graphic settings, etc. but this game STILL gave me problems: random crashes (despite all of my drivers being the newest versions), random bugs, etc. it is honestly very bothersome.
Most of the bugs remaining in this game are physics related, because it's simply unfixable at the stage of the game, just like horse glitch in Skyrim, the engine would require to be properly rebuild from scratch to avoid thoses issues.
EDIT: I just finished watching the video, and OMG, how did you got that much bugs ? i never had this tons of bugs in 100hours of playing lol. I'm pretty sure you don't play on an SSD with a good enough graphics card, this is what causes most of the bugs to happen.
I think that might not be the case, i ran this game on a potato pc and a hard drive and had just some minor bugs, this man has talent for somehow sphaggetifing a code of a game once he touches it.
@Filip Janák yes and no. I found that most bugs in this game are storage and CPU related. You could obviously have a bug free experience if you got lucky enough but if your storage is too slowvand CPU is fully under load, that's when you start to get some of the weirder ones. Not the ones Kevin is getting tho, these seem mostly unrelated.

As literally everyone else here has said already... I've played like 100hrs since I bought this game on Epic last Christmas for $29.99 and haven't seen any of these bugs. Of course there was like a 90GB patch that needed to be installed or something crazy like that but the game runs great on my PC. Thanks for the entertaining vids though.
