  • Discover the transformative power of Epsom salt in enhancing your sleep quality and overall well-being. Epsom salt, rich in magnesium, plays a crucial role in promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels, which are essential factors for a restful night's sleep. When dissolved in warm water, Epsom salt is absorbed through the skin, replenishing magnesium levels in the body and aiding in the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone. This natural remedy not only calms the nervous system but also helps to soothe sore muscles and alleviate tension, creating the perfect conditions for a deep and rejuvenating sleep experience. Embrace the therapeutic benefits of Epsom salt and unlock a pathway to a more peaceful and revitalizing night's rest.

      I broke several bones in a car accident. I can’t take narcotics because even with anti nausea meds, narcotics give me projectile vomiting. My body simply will not tolerate them. One of the things I used for the terrible pain of not only the broken bones but the massive tissue damage as well was magnesium gel. It helped a lot. I couldn’t have gotten into or out of a tub but simply rubbing the gel on my fracture sites and tissue damage areas helped relieve my pain. I get the gel at the health food store but I’m sure it’s available by ordering online.

      @@wolfling2039I have a broken rib on left side, upper chest area. It's been going on for maybe 7 weeks. I can't find any comfortable position to sleep in. Had very little sleep since it happened. I went to a chiropractor for lower back pain. Chiropractor told me to turn over and lay on my back and the chiropractor pushed real hard on my chest. And broke my rib. That was the 3rd visit. I had to go to ER got 4 x-rays and a CT scan. I'm still in pain. Hurts to twist or to even pick up something. I can't thank you enough for sharing your story. I need to find the magnesium cream somewhere. I was meant to read your post. Again, Thank you for sharing your story 🇺🇸 👍⭐️

New recliner set, same I was able to adjust the position which was comfortable for me , second my boyfriend got me lavender Epson salts , and donut pillow, I soaked in my bathtub in the middle in the morning and before going to bed for 40 minutes helped more then painkillers. This is my third week starting an it takes about 4-6 weeks of recovery. The Epson salts also worked good for my bruise’s. What if no tub? An Epson salt foot soak? Would that suffice?

      Get a couple of 5 gallon buckets. Fill up and put as much of your legs in as possible. Will be better then just your feet.

    How are you supposed to take epsom salt? Can you drink it?

    • @blobmonster9494
      @blobmonster9494 Месяц назад +4

      No. If you want to take it orally then pop a magnesium pill. Research which one is better for you because there a several kinds of magnesium.

      Epson salts the non-scented kind I believe has on the label that you can make a liquid to drink it but it is intended to help with bowel movements. Not the best option for relaxing before bed.
      Best for tub soak, foot soak. Magnesium supplement before bed should help.
      Melatonin helps with sleep as well as Valerian Root or ashwaganda.
