Can creatine affect kidney function, I was just wondering because I’ve heard this before and have recently had some quite serious kidney issues. Would like to here your thoughts.
@@dlc4147 If you already have kidney issues, definitely consult with your doctor before taking it. There is at least one older study that indicated that creatine could cause issues in people who have existing kidney disorders.
Well, so I think the reason is based on the assumption/hypothesis that most people take their coffee in the morning. But in the morning your stomach and system is kind of weak, since it fasted all night during your sleep. You have no food, but an empty stomach and coffee with the sugar and milk will already make you full and not hungry for that brief morning period. Now you add a big dose of creatine, your stomach may not feel alright, as early in the morning your stomach is highly sensitive and you really wouldnt to take some powder after waking up. Not to mention working out right after, you may get nausea

I mean, creatine really can only help. And though I'm not an expert on it by any means, I do know that it works under the radar. I've been taking creatine monohydrate for six months straight 5 grams a day and haven't had any side effects. Seems fine for me so far
Did you get any results from the gym?
@@RonIsElite I’ve been taking Creatine for a few months and I’ve been lifting weights every 2 days… my arms, shoulders, and neck went from having no muscle to having noticeable gains.
@@RonIsElite and the stuff I was taking is apparently one of the worst Creatines on the market lol
@@BL_762 oh ok, I got me some creatine as well but I been consistent and inconsistent with it. But I will definitely be back taking it as soon as I get done with my studies.
@@BL_762 oh ok
I have a question is it okay to drink soda when taking creatine as long as I’m still drinking plenty of water I just started taking creatine and on the first day it was alright other than the fact that my kindey started hurting a little
If I'm currently maintaining a deficit and I'm on a weight losing phase while also going to the gym and building muscle should I still take creatine or should I wait until I lose some weight?
Cause I have 5 kg of monohydrate at home
I mean three weeks is a long time so you might as well load
I take HCL it’s better on my gut. Any thoughts on it effectiveness and also how to judge it effect?
My muscles legitimately feel fuller a couple hours after using HCL, I think it's better than monohydrate
Hcl is much better for me. No stomach discomfort and more effective
@@nickolasstanding yeah sure it absorbs faster but it doesn't change performance. Gut issues or creatine loading into a photoshoot or something (which actually works) is the only times I'd use anything but monohydrate
What about hairloss?
It causes hair loss stay natural and take proteins powder
wait, I don't have to cycle it?? 🤔🤔😮
So is monohydrate the best
Is it okay if I skip a day or 2 because sometimes I be forgetting
It doesn't affect anything so yea its fjne
Is it good that i only take creatine on my workout days just wanted to save money. I workout 4 times a week.
What about causing baldness?
Basically it causes an increase in DHT (simply exercising also causes this), and this MAY speed up hair loss in individuals who are PREDISPOSED to hair loss, meaning that they have a hairloss gene to begin with. If you don't have such a problem (and sometimes even if you do), you won't experience any increase in hair loss.

Creative side effect hair loss?
is it more difficult to build abs if i take creatine? 🤔
Sean, I'm 15 years old and don't know if I should be taking creatine.
So I wanted to ask you since you seem to do your research, so I was wondering if I can or can't take it.
I also heard that if you cycle off of creatine you need to wait at least two or three months before you go back onto it. Is that true or false
No, as he said you don't need to load, de load or cycle. You just take it every day and you're fine
Bodytech creatine made me constipated
Wait. Does creatin help with muscle growth or not?
