I love Slayer, Show no Mercy and Hell Awaits are probably my favorite albums.
Recently I came back to Christ. Now personally I don't make a habit of listening to 'Satanic' bands nowadays, but fact of the matter is, most Metal bands with Satanic themes were doing it for shock value anyway.
Tom and King have said over and over in interviews that it was just to fuck with people. Like Horror movies or Halloween. It’s not serious.
They aren’t Satanic they used the theme to scare and quote “fuck with people” Tom is a practicing Catholic he’s said it an interview before
Tom Araya is Such a Genuine Dude.🤘🤘👌👍
Tom Araya is awesome.
As Tom said, "I know why your prayers will never be answered.."
God hates us all
Such a simple, astute, logical conclusion and certainty if you profess to the existence of said being
@@erics.4113Kerry wrote that, Tom is just simply singing it. Doesn’t mean he believes in it
@@moneybaglifts1944 doesn't mean he doesn't not believe that it's not true
@@erics.4113 true , frickin slayerrrrr

They were obviously ok with it…to get what they wanted. Sold their souls.
Hard work and talent my friend. Metal doesn’t require selling your soul like pop and country.
@@andrewlee6349 As you get older you appreciate all forms of music, if they're good. I listen to everything from bluegrass to the most extreme metal. There's good music everywhere. Even the members of Slayer listen to Jazz, classical and I dare say even pop.
