On rivatuner set the aplication detection level to "high". Idk if it will display ALL the time, but it will on browsers and stuff. I can't check bc I can't get it to display to begin with.

Default Hotkey to toggle OSD is Ctrl + Z. Hotkey setup found by opening Afterburner and clicking the "Settings" icon (gear), and then select the "On-Screen Display Tab".

I have tried to use this BUT I am getting issues with the size of the application. While using a Sony Bravia 75" QLED TV as a multimedia center, the MSI program pops up when Im using it but the size is SO tiny that I literally have to get up, walk across the room and look to see anything important like numbers while trying to OC anything. SO how do I maximize the program Ap so its full screen or even MUCH lareger?
You have to enable the option in settings menu. >Click the Fan tab> Check the box “Enable user-defined software automatic fan control.” If its not there, it may not be compatible, or you might need to enable the option in your bios
How do you disable to overlay for screenshots. I use the GeForce software for screenshots, but every time I'm taking a screenshot in game, the overlay is always in the picture, even if I have it disabled in the afterburner software. How do I bypass it for the GeForce screenshots?
what a hell, how come my MSI Afterburner doesn't have the record video tab? on my old PC there has but on my new PC there is no option to record video and what's worse is that I can't find any tutorial on how to activate this thing ... edit: wait, i need the rivatuner ?
After I installed it and my monitor went to sleep I couldn't get my monitor to show display again. Even after shutting the PC down and restarting it over and over. It was just a black screen. I unplugged the display cord from my GPU etc etc nothing worked. Finally shut down the main power adapter that runs everything and booted it back up and got my display back on. MSI afterburner got the uninstall right after that and now it's running fine again? Like WTF?! I didn't even change any settings or anything in the program it just flat out messed with my PC just installing it.

A neat trick with the skins selection you are able to use the scroll wheel which makes skimming through the options easier/quicker

The framerate option in OSD is never highlighted. I can get every sensor on the on screen display, except framerate
Same with gpu market right now i only able to snag a 1050 ti

Update: I found out that the games i was trying to run blocked the overlay due to their anti cheat programs. It works on other games.

it depends on what you want to overclock, msi afterburner is for your gpu, you can look up some videos on how to overclock your gpu
