- Headed down to Alexandra Parkrun today, and despite it only being a mile away from South Manchester Parkrun, it was really well attended, over 550 runners! Met several of the guys from Poynton Road Runners and chatted with other runners after the event, very friendly event. Great Parkrun, flat, all tarmac, cafe, parking next to the start, what more could you ask for😀 Also asked Ben Parkes if he was doing the London Vitality 10K in September, it would be great to finally meet him. Who knows, he might even watch this video:)

Thank you Both, I underperformed for sure (last time I did that parkrun I was sub-25....) but I just enjoyed getting out there and meeting people:) The Prom Classic thing is funny but the way the flights worked, we had to go for a week, so why not spend some of your savings, you never know what's around the corner...) Next one is the MTB video, it will be very different:)

@@AndyCliffMTB im assuming its a completely different kettle of fish regarding the muscle groups you will use.
@@raleyadventures Certainly leg, core and upper body but they probably overlap, quads, calves, hamstrings are certainly tested, especially on climbs:)
