    Choice/works everytime.have a 572xp and 592xp the best quality never had an issue/592 is an animal/exhaust mod that's it.keeps the reliability.

      Doing this on the smaller saws makes more of a difference than the big saws.

      I didn't know that either until we were at the show in Escanaba yesterday. They asked where Chris was to do a video of it, but he wasn't there, so I did a video. Very knowledgeable guy, and he was impressed with my sharpening job on the demo saw we had that I took back to them at the show.

      @@BertsCustomCuts demo saw!? Nice! We don't get anything like that up here. They will go to some tree service company and show them never seems like loggers

      @SkidderKev we have been working with the rep to get some other stuff too. Got a new light bar for my saw too.

    Not what I was expecting from an Auto Tune video ;)

      Since I learned this, it makes a difference on smaller saws that aren't in a cut long enough to tune itself .

    Interesting trick for Husqvarna ,I should inquire about Echo

      Yup, we learned a lot today from him at the show in Escanaba, and he was impressed with my sharpening job on the chain on the 540t that we had to demo.

      That's the high jet adjustment.
      .
      The low jet is just letting it idle for 3 minutes or so.
      .
      At least that's how it was explained to me. And I have good results.

    shame on Husky for not going into this in there manuals... i am ashamed ... for them... if they have any overheating ..... everyone deserves a new saw ... for free

      Not many people read manuals they go to the internet for info when they have problems.

    Every how often should you do this I have a Husqvarna 540 Mark III and it never stays running it shuts off all the time should I do this frequently

    • @BertsCustomCuts
      @BertsCustomCuts  3 месяца назад

      I would do this everyday with the 540. This really makes a difference for the smaller saws.

      @@BertsCustomCuts yeah I've been having a lot of trouble with my 540 Mark III ever since I got it I tried to auto-tune it it doesn't seem to adjust it doesn't want to stay running sometimes it does other times I have to pull it 15-20 times to start it it's brand new I might have 5 hours on the saw now should I auto-tune it as soon as I get it started in the morning immediately thank you so much

    • @BertsCustomCuts
      @BertsCustomCuts  3 месяца назад

      @br-dj2ti I would do it every morning. Push the primer bulb about 10 times will help with starting and you'll want to run 50:1 with high octane ethanol free fuel. If still running like crap check the micro screen in the carb. If you need to see how that comes out go to TheGreasyShoprags channel. He has done a few videos pulling them out.

    My Auto tune -->🪛

    • @BertsCustomCuts
      @BertsCustomCuts  7 месяцев назад

      That's why I bought my 390xp. Now that I had learned this, the 5 series with auto tune isn't bad.

    • @DirtRoadLanding
      @DirtRoadLanding 7 месяцев назад

      The 390 is a wonderful saw..I have a few. I like being able to take apart and repair/replace a part on conventional carbed chainsaws as opposed to needing a MacBook Pro to diagnose the AutoTune/M-Tronic saws. I'm still not sure if chainsaws need to have a USB-c port on them, LOL . I really just have to run an auto tune to see first hand how it feels. Maybe one day i will. @@BertsCustomCuts

      @DirtRoadLanding find a logging show close to you and try them out. I ran a 500I the other weekend but dont like the all or nothing throttle for dropping trees.

    • @DirtRoadLanding
      @DirtRoadLanding 7 месяцев назад

      You ran the 500i at Tony's? I'm thinking about going to a logging show this year. Somewhere in the midwest (WI/MI) area and not too far of a drive. But, I would prefer to have an autotune for at least a few tanks full of gas to truly get the feel of it. We shall see.🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🪓🪵🌲🪵🪓🌲🪵
