A Southern Summer Weekend With GP30 2601

On a hot weekend in June, I paid a visit to the ‪@NCTransportationMuseum‬ in Spencer, N.C. and saw their Southern Railway GP30 2601 pulling the excursion trains around the museum grounds.
This video is a look at 2601 as it muscles the train around the property, which encompasses the old Southern Railway roundhouse and locomotive repair shops.

Fantastic video man, and it was nice meeting you after the trains were done being run that day you were there when the 10 car train was being ran.
