    Oh man I'm glad there's the good side to the Internet.
    I'm 28 and started practicing Yoga for Men since 25 this helps because we destroy our bodies as men with these hard workouts and when we get 50 we are shells of ourselves riddled with injuries that age us far ahead of the rightful time

    Here's the thing with yoga, all the stretching and poses help anyone who does them, it works stabalizing muscles and tendons, but the name 'yoga' turns many off. Some, associate 'yoga' as a new age type exercise and a women's only exercise. Guaranteed, if you have been going to physiotherapy for muscle, tendon, arthritic and bursitis pain, most of the exercises you were given to do...are in fact... yoga. I think getting guys to do yoga is a tough sell as many guys think of it as a feminine exercise done while listening to new age music and candles burning. Stretching and balance are paramount to pain free movemwnt. I do yoga daily, but I don't call it yoga, I just call it stretching exercises.

      They’re technically NOT STRETCHES, they’re isometrics. But yes you’re absolutely correct.

      Our content is more than just stretching. There's no denying the physical fitness aspects of yoga, and those are what we focus on. Call it whatever you want, we call it Man Flow Yoga.

      @@ManFlowYoga oh sorry, I didn’t intend to offend. I was just relating my feelings regarding the perception of the word ‘yoga’. If I told any of my friends that I do yoga, they would look at me like I am a little off, but when I call the same movements ‘stretches’ they think it’s a wise practice.
