I have the thing and didn't even know that it is not for sale anymore. I can agree with most of your takes on it and find it a really good grinder plane for the Swedish. It's very useful cause the tech tree planes are so expensive to repair and this thing made grinding form early jets to the viggen really easy
My favorite plane with the G91YS. I have more than 1000 games with it, I love it. Yes tracers bullets were removed a year ago and I get less kills because of that but once you know the plane it won't be a real issue. I recommend buying it when you can, way better than saab105 or J35A to grind in my opinion.
the number one thing I despise in this game is stealth ammo After bomber, IFV's, SPAA's, copy paste nation, US mains, A6M Zero's, FW-190 role rate, A5C, A-10's, people who buy their way to top tier and have no idea what their doing, top tier Russia, Wehrboos, Volokolamsk, Surroundings of Volokolamsk, trying to learn Naval, all helicopters, KA-50's, ATGM's, HEATFS, stock grind, upgrading crews, the fact that the new Skink is going to Britain and not the US where I desperately need an SPAA in my 5.7-7.7 line ups and I'm stuck with junk like the M19 and M42 And the fact I rely on this game to keep my sanity in check

The radar lead indicator is actually already in the game just not in Air RB, it is however already in arcade, which i find stupid. I've seen 100s of forum posts complaining about the tracers being removed and how everybody hates it, apparently the swedish forum admin forced this change and is gate keeping these reports from going through (this is what i've read but idk the exact details of this) But yes overall, without tracers most guns at higher tiers are useless and almost impossible to use, speaking from experience
For real, I'm not very experienced with the 30mms and trying to get kills in the SK60 was a pain in the ass, of all the things to want the game to be realistic about (russian armor overperforming *cough* *cough*), gaijin focuses on dumb stuff like this only to punish new pilots
I liked the inclusion of the comparison of the j29d with the f86 and mig 15, however I find it a bit of a missed opportunity not comparing it to the other 8.7 afterburning plane, the Swift mk.7 (despite it not being played a lot, it still would've been interesting)
I have this jet and use it for realistic tank battles at BR9 and is a very reliable tank killer when you spawn in it. Usually I will be able to get at least 2 kills with it and some assists before I have to get back to base. Its fast enough for this BR to not have much trouble with SPAA.

Day 4 of asking to play the yak4 at 2.0 Start by a dive directly at q base that has another base clise to it ( 2 bases beside each other) 4 bombs for each Go straight to your base killing some ai on the way with your 7.62 Some planes will come on your back going in a straigh line with minimal evading is recommended and try to hit their engines with ur turret since they have weak engines a damaged one will lead them to crash i return to the airfield with 2 bases with 4 to 5 ai kills and 1 or 2 planes after taking off i go for bases if left but if not i will focus on ground targets cuz aa is the bain of this plane so bombing airfields is not recommended Bonus:do not forget to have smoke always on to piss the enemies 🤣

unpopular opinion. j35A is a far better grinder in competent hands as its untouchable by anything in down and uptiers unless your entire team dies within 1-3 minutes.
@@prantz3052 if you own the A you play it wrong. if youre saying this based of facing them. you only faced idiots who cant fly it/ dont know how to play in general. you can dodge missiles without a sweat if you know how to dodge them. r60s magics aim9s no problems. its all about how you position, when to bleed/turn. and when to dip out. what engagements to take. 99.99% of j35 players just hold down the S key tho in the middle of the furball. most of em dont even climb or climb prior to engagements. as a side note. the As engine kicks in at about 1000kph and starts getting better retention. and about the playing it wrong. i dont struggle against the likes of 10.7. hell ive played with my friend that took the A5C. i did not struggle at 11.0 either. the j35D is a whole different beast tho. this thing can destroy anything with ease. nothing appart from the j7E is even a slight challenge for the 35d and it refuses to loose speed. side side note. in customs where i was just doing gunfights. i beat the living hell out of mlds and f14s with the 35A. even gave the J7E a hard time. thats how potent this plane is. and you cannot say that i faced incompetent pilots there as i flown this thing a good bit in air rb. and a lot in customs to duel. at least 50h for customs alone, because of how insane it handles. in all fairness tho. the j35 instantly clicked with me after just a few games. its like j35 and me were meant to be. you know ) i love this thing. both j35s. incredible delta wings. both come with their own set of weaknesses and strengths
@@thunderousavenger2382 I’m just talking from my perspective and I don’t have the A but I have like hundreds of games in the D, im just saying that when I face the A I can catch it in most circumstances, but it’s fast for 9.7 but when I face it in a down tier I can catch it in most planes (to be fair I use the F104S that’s at 10.7 a lot and obviously it’s going to catch it with no prob, same with Mig21s). And when I give it a fly in the test drive it seems to hit a brick wall past Mach 1 that the D does not hit, but hey the A is definitely good in all aspects it’s just the planes I fly around that br are still much faster then it (not just the A but all planes). Also im not saying it can’t turn well or anything. It can win any dogfight against like any jet I’m talking raw speed and acceleration
@@prantz3052 ah i see what you meant by slow, im still getting my games together in the D, other than the 5-10h of duels i already did in it ) people catching me could be a problem but i try my hardest to not get myself in bad situations, of course i still do cuz i make mistakes. But i know i can always do things differently in hindsight. I usually get 2-3k alt and then see what i can get done, outside of the furbal of course. Otherwise i dont get too slow But even so its really strange for me. The j35 is the only plane in the entire game where im not scared at all when someone is on my 6. Usually what i always do is fly sideways to the enemy once theyre within 2-3km. It makes them get greedy 80% of time. If not i can dive out and regain my speed while theyre busy turning around. Fight got reset. Of course tho the j35A cant 1v2 nearly as good tho as the j35D so i cant let loose as wildy. Ik this aint really respond to your comment. Im just a lil mega fangirl for dat magnificent kite.
And I wish Sweden had tracers. I struggle so hard because I don't know the cannons, but I can't see where my shots are going. It would be nice to have them.
