Our new home is finally complete, and we couldn't be more thrilled to show it. It's been a labor of love, and we're eager to share every detail with you. The colors you chose are spot on ! The wood, the trim, the walls... all of it. 😍 The brick in your kitchen is my favorite ! Everyone seems to be using white, which is also so pretty! But, the contrast of your white cabinets against the brick is so beautiful 😍🥰🤩 you made some great choices!

Congrats! Such a cute farmhouse style home! Just love the kitchen cabinets, brick backsplash and the stove hood vent. What a wonderful pantry, w/ 2 doors and access from the garage. You did a great job picking out all of the finishing details. The master bedroom suite is a dream! Yes, we also have a 120 yr. old clawfoot bathtub in excellent condition, it did not need to be re-surface at all. I have bead board in the bathroom from a 150 yr. old church. and we installed a stained-glass window. I also have a pew from the same church. Love everything you've done, Melody!

I love the transient windows above the doors. I don’t like carpet at all I prefer all wood with maybe tile in the bathrooms. Love all of your lighting.
We just ordered the wood for the two bedrooms. Will be changed after my son transitions to his big boy bed. The stairs would have cost us 10k.
Carpeting on the stairs is so much easier on our legs as we age,I have hardwood stairs going to the bedrooms and carpeted stairs going into my family room and believe it is so much better on the body.

Yes it’s stain master color collection is called Grandeur Benefits. As far as the color of my stain it was color matched using my flooring. I unfortunately do not have the stain color.

Nice . What’s the size of your island ? ❤ Are your ceilings and walls orange peel texture?
I’m curious because our builder quoted us an orange peel texture I have no idea what that is and I’m used of that smoother looking ceiling texture
57x108 and no textured walls. Do not do textured walls if you can. My girlfriend has it and hates it. Because when you fix a whole in the wall from a simple picture you see it. Do smooth!! I have smooth ceilings in some areas. I wish I would have done smooth throughout like my California house. But we had a budget and I figured not popcorn ceiling so it wouldn’t be as noticeable.
What is the kitchen table area paint color?
My Dinette is Sw natural Tan all the main living area is the same.
