💯Old School came to work not play! Two years ago, we replaced our 34+ yr. old Kenmore stove with a new GE stove. That thing stopped heating up last week. Do you know we already have to replace a part on it and the PART costs almost $500?! We NEVER even once had to service that old Kenmore, and the new part costs almost as much as a new stove! 😠
Facts!! Our Kenmore Washer is still kicking going on 20 years. She leaks a bit, but a washing pan under her (it's in the basement on concrete) keeps it going!! Our 3 year old- LG dryer (the worst) barely dries a thing.

They make thinner piecies of oak veneer that u can stain & attach to the small section on your hood. Ive seen it done in highend homes like yours!Then if your style changes u can remove the it .

I noticed a floor vent in front of the kitchen cabinets in the fridge area. I learned the hard way to never have floor vents. Have the vents vertical. The ductwork would come out at the toe kickplate area under the bottom of the cabinets (where the overhang usually is) & the vent's right at your feet still, but nothing will drop or spill into the vent like it can with the flat horizontal floor vent.😊
I LOV, LOVE, LOVE ya’ll house! Thee Best home your I’ve seen, by far! It looks like an actual house and not some studio apartment square box with a couple of bedrooms thrown upstairs. You have actual dedicated rooms and lots of intentional touches that actually make sense-your “appliance storage” lol, bathroom off the garage, deck off the man cave, dual temp BR shower with heated floors, etc. It just all makes sense. Your home is beautifully furnished without being gaudy (my problem) or ignorantly oversized for no other purpose than the aesthetic de unnecessary. Your rooms are HUGE with real cabinet space and again, dedicated ROOMS, not the usual open floor plan with the 1st floor square box studio apartment with an oddly placed island and a single wall of appliances. No, you guys have taste, usable space, and an all around REAL house that just makes sense. Congrats!

This is beautiful! I love the kitchen, cabinets (off white in kitchen) , pull out drawers for utensils, and the open Family room. The entertainment system is very nice. A lot of storage in which most homes do not have Pantry is a must have. Love how you have it organized- multi purpose 👍🏽 Blackout man cave is cool. Your office is nice! Custom built in shelving 👍🏽 You’re right the furniture is not like it used to be. Screen in porch is spacious! Overlooking the large backyard . I can sit out there every evening after dinner I love the primary suite closets. Across from each other 😊👍🏽. I’ve never seen his/her shower heads. That’s cool ! I like the pocket doors.
