That fella though... bit too enthusiastic, no? He would do my head in! His energy is like Tom Curse on Oprah on steroids, wearing Arnold Schwarzenegger sunglasses.
Andrea Davis is the talents name. Dean is her husband and the one behind the idea of her starting this RUclips channel. He pretty much gave up what he was doing in order to get this channel going. This duo works
true, and the other ''woman'' acting on the camera. I feel I know who's gonna get total damage, from a punch, if she'll get angry :)) (not a hater, just a funny guy from the crowd)
This is my first video on the channel. Andrea is a badass! Not sure how she seems to just pull ideas out of nowhere and just build it with no plans or even a workbench! She is mad skilled and seems to know how to do everything. Husband.. well he is funny and great at picking up lunch. I'm not even halfway through but I can see this project is going to turn out great.
Her husband is awesome! He is the balance needed to not have the episodes too serious, he helps A LOT with miscellaneous things, hes always positive, uplifting, motivational and willing!
@@babydoodles1 He probably makes good money doing it as well. Over 1,300,000 views already on this video after 7 months, not to mention people are going to watch it as the years go by.
Loveeeee Dean! He's such an awesome husband, always so positive, supportive and helpful. You both make a great time and are such a good example of what marriage should look like. Great partnership.
@user-bd4qy5lq2h That's her husband you are talking about. Unlike you, they are a team and work as a team. Shame on you trying to separate them. Evil incarnate.
I want to say I love watching you make cabinets. I use to be a cabinetmaker and I think it’s so empowering to watch women get into the trade. Great job! All the time you spend on making packet holes. Think about using a 3/4” straight bit for a router and making 3/8” deep datos. It strengthens the cabinet and there are no pesky pocket crew holes. It may be even a little faster. Fastening isn’t necessary but nail gun (15 gauge) will hold the cabinet until glue dries.
DIY Wife is a true talent. But I do enjoy the antics of the filming and editing. The team makes up a very educational and entertaining show. Two are better than one!
What an amazing team you are! This renovation is gorgeous. Andrea your ideas, strength and tanacity are overwhelming! Congratulations - you guys should have your own TV show! 🌷
Or new sheets. My girlfriend got new sheets and I went over to help her. We both giggled like little girls. They were so pretty. New stove fantastic 💝😊
Phenomenal guys! The fact that you're able to be the visionary and do all the physical work is so impressive! You really inspire me to branch out beyond furniture! Thank you for being an inspiration! 💚
Fantastic! Great job, inspirational. I especially liked the cabinet work done in the kitchen and matching offset in the living room. The bathroom was exquisite! Sconces and tile styled exceptionally.
Wifey you’re an inspiration! Also it hurts to watch you work in the sun without a hat and you guys could put a shade sail over that area from the house to garage easily and cheaply;).
I got up at 4:00am and when I saw you doing your thing, I said to myself WOW!!! this outstanding, amazing husband and wife is off the chain, and no matter how sleepy I am I could not stop watching. And I was so happy to see your friends come to lend a hand, hallelujah. Sleep is winning. God Bless your amazing home renovation, God Bless love’s 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️❤️❤️🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 looking forward to the outcome. I will find the finish on RUclips.
Andrea I think YOU are amazing. I would love to see you become successful and surrounded by a SUPPORTIVE team to help you with your hard work and share the load. I think your creativity, designs and work ethic are amazing and I love to see the spark of joy in YOU when you see your designs come to life. They are amazing and probably better than even your gut tells you. You’re better than some shows I’ve watched on TV. Please get you a team/assistant/helper (s) plural to support you and help you because you’re bending over backwards for this when you could just as easily have someone/ people around to help - to protect your back and health in the long run. Seriously YOU are better than some tv shows and those people have tens of team members whom they delegate some work to and I think they complete it in around the same time frame you just did (with scores of team members!!!!). I hope you’re resting as hard as you work and taking breaks too. I’m liking this video and watching this video for YOU. Keep shining never let anyone dim your beautiful light
What an epic makeover. Love how you edited out the old design and added a chic update on a budge. Just proves you don't have to gut a room and spend a ton of money to get an updated kitchen. Another amazing job! Andrea and Dean are an amazing team.
This was truly a labor of love and extreme talent. Beautiful job Andrea. Love everything. Noticed different things this time. I've never seen a more laid back dog in all my days. ha ha

I Love this... I Love how you did not filter and you really showed that it's not easy to do this kind of transformations. I can really see the hardwork you've put into this. Great Job!!!
Enjoy watching the videos you guys put out. I am a hobby person (career wise I do something else) and love to see how people get to live and enjoy their passion. I am still watching this video but a couple of things, I noticed and id recommend, getting a portable miter saw stand, so you don't have to keep lifting that heavy miter saw and also can take it anywhere you like. Second, I noticed you guys were working in the Heat, I know that isn't pleasant, because I'm not too far from you guys in Oklahoma, Maybe get one or a couple 10 x 10 canopies to work under when working outside. When done you can always put it away or move it around. Also, you wouldn't have to rush your projects during problems like rain. (though rain is a bad example, you don't want wood around water). I came here expecting some cute cabinet upcycling (which is amazing as well), but you're a professional, Andrea! Just imagining a guy making a "DIY husband" channel xD
I love you two. It is so much fun to watch you work. I especially love the "I work well with wood" moment where you fell on your tush and bonked your head. Hope you didn't hurt yourself. Your work ethic is spot on, and your abilities shine. You never seem to be daunted by any setback. I LOVE watching your videos.
This video was nothing short of incredible. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom renovations displayed an unparalleled level of dedication and skill. This video serves as an exceptional source of inspiration for anyone looking to take on ambitious home improvement projects.
Love love love you guys!!! The dog and Dean equals "PERFECTION". Oh yes, the home is just marvelous. Andrea, you are amazing, just amazing. Hugs to all.
WOW!!What an exhilarating journey through a 90-day transformation, showcasing impressive changes to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom.
Watching this DIY Extreme Home Makeover was like going on a virtual home renovation journey. The changes to the kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom are so impressive, and the 90-day timeline adds an exciting element. It's a captivating video for anyone interested in transforming their living space.
This video is mind-blowing - they completely transformed their space in just 90 days! From the kitchen to the bathroom, every room got a jaw-dropping upgrade that's both inspiring and doable. The before-and-after shots are like a home improvement dream come true, and the detailed explanations make me feel like I could tackle a project myself.
I came across this video and was blown away by the incredible 90-day transformation showcased. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and bathroom renovations were not only visually stunning but also seemed achievable with the step-by-step guidance provided. I found it inspiring and am now motivated to tackle my own home improvement projects, thanks to the practical ideas shared in the video.
Absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen wasn’t bad to start but you took it up to high end luxury kitchen for the space. Loved your design of bathroom too! Wish you all the well deserved success coming your way!
I feel you on the humidity. I live in Indiana and we get some terrible humidity as well. I always hate the days that you shower and walk outside for a minute and need to take another shower. Great job on your DIY's!
Oh my Gosh. This video is so fun to watch. I don't care how long it is. Dean is so fun, funny and silly 🤭😂 I just love how both of you just make this projects so motivational and fun. Thank you both. Keep up the good work. 😁👍🏼😉💝
Incredible! Everything turned out so beautiful. TDF kitchen and that bottom cabinet color is wonderful. I love it on the living room built-ins too. That one pop of color adds so much to the room. ❤
I thought I wouldn't like the dark color for the cabinets or the bookshelves, but it looked so gorgeous in the end, you're amazing Andrea, very talented.
Have to admit, I have never been motivated to do home DIY as much as I am now. The DIY Wife team have turned my "there's no way I can do this" thoughts into "Oh F*** yeah, another project!! Let's gooooo!!". Keep doing what you're doing, because it is truly inspirational. If I may make a suggestion when it comes to editing, though. When it comes to huge projects like this, I do recommend doing shorter video(s) of just either the "before/after" or just the "after". And then maybe even clip the full transformation (of that specific room / house) at the end or drop a link in the description. Shorter videos make people more likely to watch it and then encourages them to actually watch the full process of the renovation. An example of what I'm talking about would be to just clip all the video endings where it shows the "after" into 1 video and upload it. I call those videos "Show vids" - definitely not the actual term, but bear with me, haha. Show vids can be clipped in various social media where some of them play when hovered over. Which brings us back to viewers being encouraged to actually click on the video. Also, it gives you more content! 😉 I hope I'm making sense. Truly, thank you for sharing your skills with us. I know I have been motivated to do some work on our recently bought house since I started watching your videos. Also, I love the sighs my husband does every time he sees me with a measuring tape.
You do such good work. Love seeing this. Lil side note, DO put moving blankets on the countertops before working over them if you're planning to save the countertops, but even if not as you can sell them, so don't damage them if you can help it. Lil risky if you don't.
You both are TOTALLY awesome. A skilled workhorse wife and a supportive cheery husband. Wow that heat would actually kill me, I’m from Scotland! I’ve spent my life removing decorative archways, so laughing……..I wish I was half as skilled and fit as you guys. 👍🏻
This project completely amazes me! It has given me so much inspiration for our home. I have to say that my most dreaded and hated sound in construction is the multi tool sawing into any material - I’d rather eat glass than to hear that sound! My husband actually warns me just before he uses it so I can leave the premises! 😂
You’re the most incredible woman! I think it’s so funny every time your husband does something he flexes his muscle and yells like he’s conquered the world. In the Meantime… You are cutting, hanging, hammering, priming, painting, and everything else without flexing once!!! 😂😂 you make a great team
Yeah! Our project is done!! 😃👍 Let me know when we're doing the next one! (I've been watching from the beginning feel like I'm so involved with this project.) You guys keep being awesome!! 🙂🤟💗💗💗
You are amazing! Being able to do all the work, from the planning up to the manual work is really amazing. Not everyone can do that! The outcome is perfect! Now your new subscriber.
This is my first video and its close to 1 am and I just could not stop watching the two of you... very cute... loved the work... and was so impressed with all the work Andrea did... all I kept thinking was... wow and I thought only men did this or that... the cabinet making was amazing.. and then hubby said you had never done them before...AND I WAS FLOORED... you have TALENT lady! Will be back to see your projects... for sure.... thanking you both for all the sharing... you both are amazing and your lunch guy had me cracking up throughout the two hours.... !!
I started watching your videos a couple nights ago. It’s hard to turn the television off. I really enjoy watching the videos and very interesting. Great job. Keep up the great work.
You are so talented…and your husband/beau is doing the job that is usually meant for the women! What a breath of fresh air! You pay attention to detail. That was a job well done. Bravo!
2 things. I love that you share my name and energy. And 2, your husband had me rolling with laughter. I am watching this at 2:35 am. I'm in Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 in the Caribbean.
Only thing I'm not digging is the hanging cord draping across the ceiling and down the wall for the over the dining table light fixture. Everything else is GORGEOUS!!! The living room and kitchen are my favorite spaces here in this home! I wish I could do the things Andrea does and wish my hubby and I got along like you and Dean get along during these projects! He's a perfect husband! You are one incredible SUPER HERO LADY!!! I ADMIRE the heck out of you!!! Dean needs his own comedy show, he is funny as all get out!!! 🤣 I've watched this video now twice. I've seen most of your videos twice, except the most recent ones from late 2022 thru early 2023. I wish we had the money and extreme talents to do what you two do!!! I'm trying to get my husband to finish hanging a chandelier ceiling fan in the master bedroom that has been in its original box for almost 4 years! Most of it is up, hoping he finishes it today or tomorrow, could I can then touch up the walls and hang the last picture. God bless you both!!! You do Awesomeness to an A++++++++++!
Yes, she does have light hair and fair skin…people like us are meant to burn when we are outside for too long! She uses sunblock often which is a good thing. A shade tent…that would be rather cumbersome, wouldn’t it? A good idea for her to at least wear a sun hat. They are bigger than a baseball cap and help cover your face more.
@@CindyMac4104 I’ve been battling skin cancer since I was 33 starting with malignant Melanoma. I’ll be 80 in June. Back when I was a kid and played in the creek next to my grandparents house there were no sunscreens, so I just burned, cried myself to sleep at night then went out the next day to play in the creek again. My cancer showed up after about 20 years, so nobody who suffered sunburns should think they are home free, they may be, but they also may not be, it’s important to see a dermatologist at least yearly. Btw, I’ve had cancer removed from every part of my body except for my head and feet. Some places more than once, 3 places on my face. The sun is dangerous.
@@lolaottinger3038 Yes, skin cancer is dangerous. I live in Australia which is the melanoma capital of the world and we have many young people getting and even dying of melanoma due to sun exposure. We have introduced protective programs and it starts at school age. Schoolchildren all wear sun hats and protective clothing in the schoolyard and even sun protective bathers at the pool and beach. It is now common to see beach shelters for sun protection. Luckily sun tans are no longer fashionable with young people. I hope Andrea and Dean protect themselves from sun exposure with the temperatures they often work in.
THIS IS DEDICATIONNNNN! "I was like, I feel like I am watching this for a while now" That's when I noticed that it is a 2-hour video, kudos to both of you! I am on an hour now and I am excited about the final look! 🥰🥰🥰
I redid a cabinet for a fish tank and I also had a company make the doors and supplied the hinges. It was so easy and worth the money! All I had to do was paint them, drill the holes and install! Love the color of the lighter cabinets. Personally, I liked the darker counter tops as I think they make a bold statement, any time I see a kitchen with lighter counter tops, they seem to get lost in the rest of the kitchen and I'm like where did they go? Overall beautiful work! Anyone who has done any of this knows the sweat, tears and energy that went into this and you did it in Texas heat! DIY Wife--you are A #NINJA WARRIOR!!!
First time watching and I would love that sectional in the same color. Moved into our new home going on 7 years and I am not a designer or builder but if I could have any talent it would be yours. But at 68 I think we will have to keep it this way. You did a fabulous job on your friends home everything was beautiful.

You both are TOTALLY awesome. A skilled workhorse wife and a supportive cheery husband. Wow that heat would actually kill me, I’m from Scotland! I’ve spent my life removing decorative archways, so laughing……..I wish I was half as skilled and fit as you guys. 👍🏻
Really enjoy watching you two. Love the reality of doing projects. Keep it going!
Hardest. Working. RUclipsr. Ever.
Fun and informative. Creative. Wholesome. ALL that good stuff. So glad I subscribed a few weeks ago.✨
Awesome job!! I love it and I loved that a female done this amazing transformation project mostly herself. Big Big Kudos to you!!
Yeah! Our project is done!! 😃👍 Let me know when we're doing the next one! (I've been watching from the beginning feel like I'm so involved with this project.) You guys keep being awesome!! 🙂🤟💗💗💗
Fabulous kitchen/ sitting, I love it Tara and all the beautiful ornaments too. Well done John and Cruso on removing the cement beams👏👏👏👍😉🇮🇪☘️
Hubby cracks me up!!! Great job, guys! ❤️🇧🇻
This makeover is absolutely beautiful. Well done guys. Looking forward to what you have in store for us.
First video I’ve seen on this channel! I love how this video was put together! You two are a great team.Dean is comical!
Loved the dog and cat interviews! They really came through!
Bravo!
This is the first time I see one of your videos & all I have to say is… BEAUTIFUL renovation !!! Andrea you are really talented ! Great team work ! 😉
2 things. I love that you share my name and energy. And 2, your husband had me rolling with laughter. I am watching this at 2:35 am. I'm in Trinidad and Tobago 🇹🇹 in the Caribbean.
I like watching her working. She is so knowledgeable.Very talented.
I wish that was my living room! It's gorgeous! And l love how you did the mirror frame, too. 😀🌵🤠
❤️✨… I have so much fun, enjoying watching the two of you working together!
You guys could use a shade tent for the driveway.
You took the letters right outa my keyboard!!😝 I couldn't help not watching her skin burning up and sadly missed all the building!🌞👀
Or some kind of wooden pergola so it looks good but also functional. Another DIY Wife project maybe???
Seriously folks, you NEED to get a rolling cart/stand for that heavy mitre saw❗️💪😍
Agreed
THIS IS DEDICATIONNNNN!
"I was like, I feel like I am watching this for a while now" That's when I noticed that it is a 2-hour video, kudos to both of you! I am on an hour now and I am excited about the final look! 🥰🥰🥰
This is the best diy/before and after I’ve ever seen. Thank you
I redid a cabinet for a fish tank and I also had a company make the doors and supplied the hinges.
Andrea, your smile is contagious. Beautiful.
This was my first time seeing you guys.. I will definitely be watching more. You guys are really great together.
First time watching and I would love that sectional in the same color. Moved into our new home going on 7 years and I am not a designer or builder but if I could have any talent it would be yours. But at 68 I think we will have to keep it this way. You did a fabulous job on your friends home everything was beautiful.
I seriously loved every minute of this content. New Subscriber here. Will binge on other videos, yay! This was a beautiful makeover. Keep up the great work and buy the way both of your personalties together mesh. Love it!
Aggie watching from Spring, near Houston. I love it when you’re driving around the area. It looks quite a bit different than when I was there. You two are too cute!!
