Tip for installing cabinet door: take a 1x3 or 1x4 clamp to the underside of the bottom of the cabinet. It holds it while you screw it into place. Used this to install all my kitchen cabinet doors, worked great!

Just recently discovered your channel and it is so amazing. #1 Andrea's skills...unreal. But also...the LOTR reference in this one was perfection LOL. Knocked it out of the park across the board (all designs, videography, and editing).
You guys need a workshop instead of having to set up the tent each time. Maybe get a storage shed for the things in the garage and use that space for the workshop with air conditioner or space coolers for the heat ....

Awesome results! I am amazed at how much of a difference the drapes made in the living room! On the table, it's probably easier to stain the legs and underside if the table is upside down on your workbench and stain the table top last. That way, you don't have to crouch, and bend so much to get 'er done. :)

I was so excited to find this makeover video but there's no way I can stand them for over 2 hours😂 Especially HIM.
Next tent put pool noodles at each corner to prevent water collecting. Or, go to Sam's club and get a commercial ez up tent. They do not collect water and are very sturdy.

It would look more beautiful if the laundry cabinets (same w/ the kitchen cabinets) was placed all the way to the ceiling to create an illusion of a high ceiling and it will be more spacious at the bottom... but all in all i love every DiY that you do... Keep it Up!!! 😊

I am so inspired by you guys. Andrea, do you think you could do a tutorial video on how to use a circular saw? well maybe all your tools and what you can use them for. Im just starting off buying tools. I have so far a Makita circular saw, a drill, a buffer and a jig saw and just a bunch of tools. Also what are th best brands to use for painting for example, paaint, paint brushes, PPE gear etc lol. Im so curious and i just want to know where to start as a DIY beginner. And since you’re now famous or about to be famous, that can work several different ways and hope I still may get the makeover. I should be doing my own diy stuff instead of watching you guys on video but just can’t help myself but glad I watched & found out which primer you recommend.

so much work… But I do not get some things: why this enormous kitchen isle and then have an eating table where people sit looking at the wall??? even with pictures on - no go. Is it realy so much fun to hock on those bar stools? .. Why the isle at all, in such limited space??? I guess an american must have. I would prefer to have a good eating table with enough place to sit with the family, tach the baby how to eat in a year or so, be able to sit with friends and family… only 4 chairs looking at the wall??? Very unpractical… For so much work...

Hmmm......Personally, I would have put the legs a lot further in from the edge. For me, the inset leg gives a much less heavy effect.

You two are an awesome team and my husband and I enjoy watching your ideas on updating your’s and other’s homes. I just came home from surgery for a knee replacement 12/26/23 and our infrared heater just bit the dust. We need something to replace it and the Southing Heater Humidifier sounds very nice and looks modern to fit in with our family room update we’re in the process of doing. The color and ambiance of light created would look perfect and feel warm and comfortable in our family room with our black and white accessories and updates. Thank you so much for considering us.

We used to own a tiny Craftsman super similar to this one. How sad that all the Craftsman design, the wood baseboards, built in book cases and buffet, the fireplace and the hall door, are all gone. However, I really admire your work. You are inspiration for women who like to build.
