Even though summer is still here. I’m eager to find treasures for fall and add to my home decor. Today, I'm heading to my favorite antique mall, Brass Armadillo. I always find amazing pieces I can't live without. Join me as I share finds for fall, additions to my blue and white collection, and new decor for my patio. I'll give you a mini tour of this huge mall!
I will share my haul in another video because I just got too many finds from facebook and this shopping trip so stay tuned.

I have Christmas dishes that have a plaid pattern inside of gold scrolls and inside the plaid has rocking horse, violins and stockings , one in each oval scroll on the rim of plates. Got them at a box store called Gemco in California . They were 4 sets in each box complete with gold utensils and delicate green water glasses for $20! I bought 3 boxes and have used them since 1980 . I painted a large rocking horse and wooden rocking horses for centerpiece and napkin rings. They are paired with antique brass 4 candles each, candleholders. Makes for a beautiful tablescape.❤

I have been collecting Liberty Blue dishware for years and years. Old silver with a patina is also one of my favorites to hunt for. And, like you... I love framed wall art and can't stop ! I just rotate them seasonally. Oh my goodness.... that copper and brass tea kettle for $17.99 was a total steal !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That would have come home with me ! And the antique secretary was gorgeous!!!! Worth every penny!!!!!!!!!!1

I have a fireplace in my dinning room and on my mantel is where I put my collection of copper tea & coffee kettles. But, I do put them away for the holidays including Fall. Just b/c I would have no place to put my other décor pcs. If I were you I would get the blue/white ironstone chicken. It's cute.
I did go back and get him. I could pass up that good find. In fact I want that tea kettle with the brass handle. 😍

I enjoyed going thru the store with you. I was so excited to see so many longaberger baskets and dishes. My love of them are endless. I have hundreds of baskets displayed in my home. I've collected since 1986. I enjoyed shopping along with you.

Well, I am always on the lookout for large doilies. Right now I am looking for a mirror to put on or above my table in my entryway. Really have to stop buying for new house and get the old one ready to sell. 😊
So many beautiful pieces at bargain prices. Here in PA. That covered duck bowl would have a 1 in front of the price. Enjoyed the shopping trip.

My Christmas dishes and serve ware are the Christopher Radco that Target collaborated with him for a few year's about 25 year's ago. Still adore them!! I also have a few ornaments as well.
I love looking for candle holders and that blue and white duck you should get.

Prices look reasonable! I am afraid to go to that antique mall because I have seen online it looks overpriced. I'm an Omaha native!! Just moved out of Omaha to a small town just this year but still driveable to the Onaha metro.
