    Beautiful! The last 4 or 5 years my son bought me a pickup truck load of mulch and him and the rest of the family helped spread it out, also my daughter in law brought food for a picnic...as a Mothers Day gift for me!😊 Best gift ever... for me! It always makes me so happy and I feel so blessed!

    My husband and I have lived in our home for 4 years and we have been doing little things year by year, but as a brand new gardener, I was a bit intimidated.
    Your garden is so inspiring and beautiful! Thank you for sharing!

    You inspired me sooo much, and I just ordered the garden hose from Amazon. Now I'll use my old leaky cracked hose for my door decor. My son threw it out and I rescued it from the trash can. Yeah...This video made my day with you and your cutie helper. You are blessed and talented.

      I'm still here but very pregnant almost due. I took a break because a lot of new life changes. That I have recorded in my back pocket. It was a lot selling our house in LA moving cross country while pregnant. New job and building our dream home. Managing that with so much on my plate was too much. Being High risk pregnancy's I took a step back. But I plan to return. This channel is not going anywhere.

    I don’t know how you do it. I tried mulching and ended up with a big litter box for all the farrow cats in the neighborhood. It was awful. Any nice soft amended soil and it’s a welcome sign for these cats. Any ideas? I have tried mirrors and Irish spring soap.

    • @MySimpleValleyHome
      @MySimpleValleyHome  3 года назад +1

      Get those spike pads on Amazon hide them under the mulch. They won’t hurt them just Train them not to go there. Also those spray air cans spray air when an animal is near. Jackson Galaxy always recommend those.

      I don’t know. I have two dogs compounding the problem. I’m just doing the best I can right now..no mulch or soft soil to dig in. I’ve even put down rocks and cut branches when planting something new. I’m sure lots of people have this same problem plus we have a huge yard. Thank you. 👍💕
