Warranty update 5/31 - Called the service center/Milwaukee Store where I bought the backpack originally and they said call Milwaukee, also confirmed it has a lifetime warranty. Milwaukee said take it to the service center, then said to use the E-Service, E-Service said it's ineligible. I called Milwaukee back and they said no problem, we will mail you a new one. Kinda confusing, but glad it was warrantied!

I've had mine for about 8 years now. Have never had any issues with it. I load it up with tools but I never abuse it though.

I think the front flap with the buckles will hold a hard hat

I read that they will send you a new backpack under warranty my congratulations.just use the old backpack for other tasks when they send you a new one to replace the old one.Lifetime warranty is cool, but you take a video when they send you a new backpack, are there any differences, and maybe they will send you a new model.tell us when contacting the service did you tell them that you were a blogger or just like an ordinary person

I also have a DeWalt backpack that I don't use as much, I switched back to all packout, I might try out the packout backpack. I can't really recommend any backpack at this point.
