It's refreshing to see a real professional doing it right.
RUclips is full of people claiming to have been laying flooring for 20 plus years, but obviously doing it wrong for all those years.

2 things in your video that I picked up on been a floor layer myself was
Tucking thumb whilst using straight edge amount of apprentices thumbs I’ve had to apply first aid too where knife jumps onto straight edge .
    2) if I’m flat laying I use a scribing bar to get the cut to the walls lovely and neat ..you do that be before gluing
And we weld our joints in the flooring
But apart from them couple of things your very talented

I have a vinyl plank floor over hardwood that has failed. I am going to replace it with vinyl sheet flooring, but don't know if I should put in luan underlayment or if the hardwood will be smooth enough. I hate covering hardwood, but it is a kitchen and the oak is black, so sanding, staining and finishing will be difficult to do, plus since it is in a heavy traffic and potentially wet area keeping the finish might be difficult as well.

I noticed you used a hand to push out some parts of the bubble. You should try a cork squeegee with a wet cloth underneath it, to push out the bubbles it does a great job and it cleans any accidental transfer and also you can see the damp mark on the vinyl so you dont waste time going over it again. Just some advice from another vinyl layer =)

To make cutting easier for beginners or professionals you can also use a crain or a Robert's mouse trimmer. For long runs

You can use a cold weld product "type a" for the welds it's a clear resin that sits between the join or on it

Wrong blade for seams.. and NEVER re cut a seam. use a better quality utility blade and hold it so the tip only does the cutting. it will wear as it cuts and you will make it to the end of the seam with no problem. juss sayin :D

You're laying domestic vinyl very light and easy to work with no need for heavy roller for these types of job I also use a broom and I use a roller on commercial jobs.
