i got the same problem. i saw some reddit posts about how to fix it without dissamble the controller i will try it after work
you just have to put some isopropyl alcohol or siliconspray like WD40 specialist (not the stock wd40) via spraying or Qtip between the outer trigger and the controller shell to lubricate the trigger
