    Thanks for sharing that good information on the Surron light bee ,I enjoy riding my Surron, but it's not like my 1990 KX 500 i got new in 1990. Surron light bee is one of my favorite bike to ride, it works good for a stock ebike. Thanks for sharing that good information on the Surron light bee, and keep enjoying riding and love life.

    We have also ridden the prototype and provided feedback during development of this shock specifically for the SurRon. They are only making a limited run of them and Charged Cycle Works has them for sale on pre-order expected delivery is March. Check our our first ride video and website to order. Charge The Trails!!

    I have the original prototype of this EXT shock installed on my Sur-ron. This shock is unbelievable and the best option for this bike. Well worth the money.

    Nice shock! Would love to get my hands on one.
    I was initially bummed when I had to get a fox float(missed out on the dxh2 by a few hours) but it’s held up great so far and even had a mate say he wish he went with the float over his dxh2.
    Hope EXT keep the price of the sur Ron shock reasonable so I can grab one 🤞

      My friend just bought a float for his surron. Interested in how the air chamber will handle the weight!

    UPLOAD MORE SURRON CONTENT!!! Im looking for the KKE forks and suspension for surron

    • @ridefarm5528
      @ridefarm5528  2 года назад

      Before you get a KKE, look into whether you can service it down the road! If KKE doesn't sell service kits, you will be stuck with a worn out suspension in the long run.

    I want to know what is the difference between this EXT in your car now, the EXT spring that the root is about to release in March? Also will your springs be attached to the inner tube?

    You are costing me money !! LOL.. If I order this EXT arma v3.. what have you found to be good for the front, I looked thru your videos and didn't see one. The Fox 40s ? Are the fox 40s direct bolt up, or do I need certain spacers or other items to mount up the front wheel.

    • @ridefarm5528
      @ridefarm5528  Год назад

      My friends and I, we have tried Boxxer, Fox40, and Xfusion forks. Fox40 is FAR better than anything we've tried. It's a direct bolt on as long as steerer is longer than 170cm. If it's shorter, you will need to buy a new headset(top only). And you have to grind down the tap on the head tube. My build videos show that part. This is all assuming you will be using a direct mount stem. If you want to use the stock stem, you will have to buy a brand new fork since the steerer has to be super long.

    Have you tried already the mx version? Is there much difference between this ext area v3 and the ext arms mx?

    • @ridefarm5528
      @ridefarm5528  4 месяца назад

      I'm currently running the MX version, and it performs much better in high speeds & high impact. V3 performs better in slow speeds.

    • @ridefarm5528

      I don't think it was anything wrong with the vivid. I might have made the reducers a bit too tight, but not 100% sure

    EXT is probably best there is. New fox shocks are too complex and weak construction. Old fox shocks are good but not sure about these copycats (stock DNM). I use bomber CR

    How did you brake the Vivid? Also, would have loved to see the "demonstration" with the stock one to see the difference!

    • @ridefarm5528
      @ridefarm5528  2 года назад

      I have no idea how it broke. It just happened while riding. I'm guessing that the hardware I made for the shock was too tight. However, I have seen others break their stock shock on the internet, but I haven't figured out why it happens :( Should have included the stock push as well, but I stopped the pushing test because it wasn't showing much haha

    • @MTO_Brothers
      @MTO_Brothers 2 года назад

      @@ridefarm5528 hahaha. Yeah actually it would have helped to see if it actually behaves different. My brother actually broke the stock shock while so far I'm lucky with the Vivid.

    • @ridefarm5528
      @ridefarm5528  2 года назад

      @@MTO_Brothers I'm coming to think that there must be something wrong with stock linkage design for the shocks to break like that.

    • @MTO_Brothers
      @MTO_Brothers 2 года назад

      @@ridefarm5528 Could be. Often the linkage touches the coil towards the end of the travel. I'm lightweight so I probably spare the shock more than others, although at high speed and on certain jumps I definitely use all the travel… Fingers crossed! I'll be considering an upgraded linkage.

      @@ridefarm5528 In my opinion the push test you did alongside the ktm was awesome. I don't think you could have come up with a better test.
