    Today's video is making avocado-shaped macarons.
    (not avocado flavor,😅😅 Just avocado-shaped..)
    My video is about macaron design,
    so I didn't include the filling recipes.
    I will consider making a video about
    the filling recipes later.

    egg white 160g
    sugar 150g
    almond flour 190g
    sugar powder 170g

    1. What is oven shower..??
    The oven-shower is to wait 2-3 minutes without removing the tray in the oven after baking. (with open the oven door)
    2. How to dry in the oven..?? (high temp.)
    1st preheating - turn off - put the tray in to the oven (at this time the temperature drops to 90-100℃) - 2nd preheating - start to dry, until the temperature reaches 120℃ again (with open the oven door) - close the door and bake - oven shower
    Look at the subtitles in the videos, there is detailed temperature.
    3. What is the baking mat's name..??
    This called a teflon sheet.
    4. How long do you whisk meringue or do macaronage with mixer..??
    It's not important how long I did.
    Because we have different machines and environment..!
    You should check the cocsistency of meringue or mixture frequently.
    (I am not good at English, so I ask for your understanding even if I make a few mistakes. 😅😅💜)

    - My ovens are UNOX 135 and convection type.
    9. Where can I get the templetes..?
    - I made all templetes myself and I am not
    sharing now.. Sorry..! 🙏🏻🙏🏻
    10. Do you left or bake immediately..?
    - As I already explained, I do not leave it because I am drying in the oven at high temperatures for 2-3min.
    It is a very useful and convenient tip to reduce the time required.
    Also you can get shiny and smooth shells.

      Sri Hartati oh for some reason when I was making them the other times I used almond flour it was blanched. Then the time I successfully made them I used all purpose flour and it came out amazing. I love using all purpose flour for it now. Thanks for asking 🙂😊

    Loving your videos! Do you dry them in the oven and then just leave them in there while the oven reaches the 145°C ? You don't take them out to preheat the oven?

    This is a very unique way to blend the macaronage - I wonder if you had published an ebook many years ago which I purchased? One of my favourite specializations is macaron and you have shown me another set of techniques- Merci!!!
    Xx- do you put the Macarons into the oven at 90 but have set the preheat for 120? Then take the towel out but you just raise the temp to 145? Convection? I live in Japan and the ovens might be different but not the technique.

    저는 마카롱 삐에가 상하좌우 다 들쭉날쭉 올라오던데, 어떻게 슈가빈님은 이렇게 삐에가 예쁘고 균일하게 올라오는거져??? 슈가빈님 마카롱 구우시는거 차근차근 그대로 따라했는데도 제꺼는 늘 이렇네요오 ㅠㅠ 미니오븐의 한계인건지 제가 문제인건지 ㅠㅠ 슈가빈님이 부러울 따름이에요 ㅠㅠ

      ㅎㅎㅎ 물론 미니오븐의 열 전달이 고르지 못해서일 수도 있구욤,, 어쨌든 마카롱이 문제를 일으키는 건 99%는 머랭 때문이라고 보시면 됩니다 :) 안정적이고 튼튼한 머랭을 만드는게 제일 중요하고,, 또 어려운 기술이기도 하죠!! 욜심히 연습해보세요 😊😊😊 시청해주셔서 감사합니다!!

      머랭 올리는 시간은 제 기계에 맞춰논거라 의미가 없습니다 ㅎㅎ 머랭 자체를 볼 줄 아셔야 되구요,, (제 키친에이드 기계 3대가 시간이 다 다르게 돌아갑니다 ㅎㅎ) 대략적으로는,, 중속에서 천천히 10분가량 올리고 중고속에서 3-4분 정도 올립니다 😊❤️

    is it okay to mix the batter more for the colours? i remember the more u mix, the worse it is for macaron batters, right? or this type of macaron recipe doesnt have that kind of restriction?

    오븐으로 건조 하는거요. 120도 올리고 끄고 꼬끄넣고 2분 건조하고 바로 넣어놓은 상태에서 150도로 구워요?
