@@richasharma6611 Sure! I added the dry and did about 3 rounds with the mixer all together, with it on for about 30 seconds and stopping to scrape down the bowl in between each round. Make sure u keep it on the lowest setting and kind of hold it up so it's not touching the bottom of the mixing bowl. Then I finished it off by hand just to be sure I had the right consistency. Hope that makes sense! 😬 Sorry to hear they didn't work for you, I've done it twice now and they came out beautifully so definitely keep trying! 🙂

My macarons turn out "out of the world", so pretty using 3 different colours. Your methode require less work as well, i was so xcited. Before bake i let them sit for a while untill no longer stick by touching with Finger. I did't see this step on your video. Hello In some videos you use 160g egg whites 150g sugar. 110g almond flour and 95g caster sugar. on another video you use the same amount of egg whites and sugar but almond flour is 190 and icing sugar 170. What will be the difference between macroons?
PLEASE, PLEASE... dry and cooking method is not clear first 2 minutes dry with turned off oven then to heat the oven again takes few minutes until you reach the temperature for cooking and then cook them for 14 minutes then oven shower.... By this time macarons have been in the oven for like half an hour they're over cooked and the color fades a lot... Please can you explain or make a whole video only about cooking.... Thank you!!!
No, she turns off the oven and then immediately turns it back on. This is so the oven will beep when it gets back to temp. Then she closes the door and turns the oven to baking temp. Mine will never reach the dry temp with the door open. I just leave it to dry for 2 minutes before closing the door and turning up the heat. Actually, I dry at 300F (150C) and then close the door and keep the same temp.
