Szia ! Sajnos nem tudtuk sokáig élvezni, hisz nagyon hamar elfogyott. Az íze, állaga, valóban felejthetetlen. Most először készítettem mandula lisztből, ez ideáig darált mandulát használtam, amit természetesen újból átdaráltam 1-2-szer porcukor keverékével. Azt hiszem a liszt miatt sikerültek ennyire klasszul a macaronjaim ezzel nem mindannapi izesítéssel. Még egyszer köszi !
Haha yes my boyfriend eats all of them so quickly T.T Ground almonds are usually ground with the skins still on, whereas with almond flour they blanch the almonds first to remove the skins and then grind. So yeah if your ground almonds contain the skin then this would have negatively impacted your earlier macarons. Glad that these ones turned out so well for you though!
The place I bought it from only caters to South East Asia. Presumably Amazon serves Portugal though? chocolate weight are wrong just by looking at the size of white one.....
@@hugs4life yes if you watch further I say that I actually made double the ganache I needed for the shells. Hence the recipe is half that.
