How does it work in Ghana, do people pay municipal rates in such an area or the area does not get any services from the municipality and there's no need to pay for rates and taxes? Since it doesn't look like it's in a suburb, but rather it looks like self serviced plots.

Compared to the huge Houses you’ve been showing in an tell this house cost a lot but the decor is horrible. I don’t want to be tribal about this is but you know what I mean.
This property is constructed and furnished to be too luxurious. Why move to Ghana and then live in something that looks like it belongs in a posh neighborhood of a western city? It also looks too removed from the way most Ghanaians live. I generally love Jasmine's videos, but not this one.

In the UK people would give their arms for a garden. Don't understand why people in Ghana are building these large houses without gardening space.

Not sure why most come from the west where green is big in the house but when we build in Ghana, we have almost zero green. Everywhere is concrete

Yes no rates yet for the newer areas. Even the well developed areas are pretty unregulated so the tax paying system can be a bit disorganized
