Congratulations to him. At age 28, I built my first house in Ghana for my mom whiles I’m in the USA and I’m 31 now and now have my 3 beautiful houses there. Hope to retire at age 35 and just go home to enjoy the fruit of my labor. Already tired of working
There is nothing like owning your house once you are done with the building. No worries about mortgage payments. You own your house for life, No such thing like mortgage payments or foreclosure. That's one thing I love about the mother land.🙏
This guy is amazing! His mindset is next level. Literally, I doubt this guy will fail; (1) He takes care of his health (2) He's married (3) He's educated (4) He knows the power of investing. This young man is in his 20s and has the wisdom of 3 lifespans.

Congratulations! Great son of the soil! I did the same at 29 in Nigeria with a swimming pool also. As an Architect who lives in the US, I’m still a proud Nigerian forever.
This young man is a dynamo, his energy level, you can see why he has so many projects rolling. Beautiful house, well finished. It pays to use an Architect if you can afford one. Great video Jasmine, you listen, assimilate what is being said by the interviewee so well, then add your input. Not leaving out the video man, great shots, really captured the beauty of the house. Great production.
Jasmine your value system is concrete. Not that the overcomer has asked a bad question, no. But in respect for your in terviewee and the production itself, you defer an answer to their question. Beautiful. So let me answer for you. Yes she does sell the good Shae butter.
I like the body language when he was asked "when he came back from America who did he move back with?" He was moving himself further from the interviewer as he was talking about his wife. Interesting, because it show much respect he has for his wife and family..

The journey of those from the Diaspora that choose to return to Africa is very inspirational and gives a sense of pride and longing to some of us viewing these individuals taking that leap! The Diaspora however isn't only African Americans or Canadians..I've travelled extensively and met African descendants everywhere on this planet..I've encountered African descendants that was born in places like India, China, Europe, the Caribbean and even Scandinavian countries.. It would be fantastic if you highlight people of the Diaspora from those countries who decided to return to Africa as well.. Maybe! Their journey might encourage others to take that leap as well..
Actually a lot of Caribbean success videos are plenty on various channels! Majority of the African diaspora from the USA 🇺🇸 in Africa are of Caribbean immigrants or first generation. That said, agree with you. If you watch migrants around the globe it’s usually the middle class so those in countries you highlight might not have the resources to do so. I am pretty sure these RUclipsrs are not colluding/refusing to interview them 😂 and opting for those from the west
People….the gentleman’s RUclips channel is in the description for crying out loud. That’s the first place to check!!! Damn!! You want everything given to you 😂! Jasmine thanks for always bringing stories of blacks that are successful despite the challenges to inspire the majority of us sitting on the fence watching 😂. Another gem congratulations to this young man and his gorgeous wife! Thanks 👍🏿👌🏿👏🏿🙏🏿
Jazz has made quite an investment in herself...very much exposed.I enjoy her channel a lot . Very creative and original. If even 50% of Ghanaian population is this sound...we need to raise the level...Education is the way
@Yaw Asamoah When you say education, what do you mean? There are many graduates who are trekking looking for employment or sititng at home unemployed. For a lot of people, education has trained them to look for employment instead of creating opportunities. The key is to FIND OPPORTUNITIES , find CAPITAL and set up different REVENUE STREAMS.
First off, Thank you for your Service Shipmate . I'm also currently serving in the US Navy and above to get out after 10 years, so I can also relocate to the motherland. Your storyis an inspiration to me especially. Home is 🏡 and we will definitelyreturn HOME. soon
I love it when young Africans do such things. I am a young indigenous South African living in the US, single and planning to build a home, find an African wife and enjoy life. I am conflicted as to which country to settle in, at the top of the list I have Kenya, Ghana, then South Africa. I have already finished building a house at my late father and my late mother's place just for when I visit.
*CoughCough* Find a Kenyan bride brotha. They are so caring and graceful and thoughtful...And pretty accents as well. And you can have more than one 🙃 Ugandan women are the most dedicated though....Whew may TMH bless you brother if you go to SA though 😂😂😂
Great job you used the resources here in America to build your true home up more Africans needs to do the same and Africa can become truly a great place for us
This is one of the better finishing i have seen in Ghana. The high quality we see in Spain and South Africa needs to come to Ghana as well. I don't know how but building code must be introduced in Ghana.
The high finishes you see over Spain came there when Africans went through Spain and Europe in the year 711 and taught them Architecture, Medicine, Math and MOOR
I think his success also came from the fact that his parents are also in America as in they are doing well. The problem with most of us is that we support the family in everything making saving impossible!
Hehehehe you’re a sharp guy! We spend a lot supporting family and friends (I am not saying we should) and that limits the amount you can spend on investments l
It needs a 2nd job for family maintenance abroad. Maintaining them from one pay check will drain a person. Plus never give more than is required because you have to keep increasing it. If you can sponsor siblings do it quickly to take them off your maintenance. If they have skills advice them to utilize those skills to earn money there. The objective is to get them financially independent of you.
Congratulations to you and your business, god bless you and your family. Always keep god first in everything that you do. May God give you long life, good health and prosperity. Viewing from Trinidad and Tobago.
Eii Jasmine and food. Immediately she heard kelewele she said she was staying a bit longer 😂😂. All jokes aside. I'm impressed he got everything in Ghana and didn't have to buy and ship anything. That dining table is a steal for that price!

Good idea. Possibly bad location. If this developer is building on Sea Rd. between Tema and Sakumono on the lagoon, that is, an accident waiting to happen.
