    Hai Shadajie.. Gd afternoon, hari hujan tak boleh nak bikit lihat dusun, rehat di rumah buat Kuwh Seri muka.. Very professional nak buat kueh, pastu enaj dan harum, masa lihat semua, saperti meja snoker, very nice dan cantik semua ya colour hijau.. Kebanyakan saya suja makan layer di atas lembut, wangi macam agar agar.. Ok.. Gd job.. Nice rakam video, di atas pokok ada monkey dengar sentimental song, moyet pun boleh megantuk.. Kam Sia. !

    May I use tapioca flour instead of corn flour and what sort of flour do you use. Rice or all purpose flour. THANK YOU SHADAJIE

      No, cannot, too much of tapioca will make the custard become harder.

    could you pls tell me the name of the tool which you have use to remove the pulut pan out of the steamer if can tell me from where you bought it thank you. 1 question I'm a vegetarian can I skip the eggs in the recipes pls advice me tq

      That one is gripper folding plate. the no egg recipe is different, cannot use this recipe for green color layer.
