Nia Adonis I was doing really basic things to stretch out my thighs. I did ballet a lot when I was younger so I’m a bit over average when it comes to flexibility. I recommend just stretching every day and practicing them. Wish you luck!

Maybe for someone else it will really help.
Step 5 is so important I’ve had my splits a couple times but always lose them (even tho I stretch properly- like 30mins twice a week, or more) so just keep practicingggggg

It took me about a year to get my splits. It really depends on your body so don’t be discouraged if you don’t get your splits right away! I started stretching in year 4 (stretched everyday and kept track fo my progress) and I now have my right, left and middle splits. I can over split and I’m more flexible than my teammates who started dance/stretching way before me. I’ve overtook all of them in terms of flexibility. It doesn’t matter if someone is naturally more flexible than you, you’ll definitely catch up! It takes time, you won’t suddenly be flexible but don’t give up :)
Honestly I've never commented but I must say that I really liked this routine. Other routines never include warm-ups or cool downs. They just show you stretches. Also good to know the time you're supposed to stay in that position. Thank you for the time you took to make that video. Lots of love from Berlin :)

I used to do a lot of dance, gymnastics, and cheer as a kid and teen. I went to sleep one night and woke up unable to fully breathe. I went to the hospital and had 3 broken ribs and 3 fractured ribs. I also have multiple vertebrae’s that are misaligned in my back. It’s so important to advocate for appropriate stretch times with appropriate breaks in between. I wish that this was normal practice when I was a kid. I would have a lot less problems now.
How do you get your leg so high at 4:00. I almost have the splits, so I should be able to do this. But I get stuck with my leg very low :(. Someone who has a good tip on what to train?

Trying this for a week and letting you know my results! 🩰 (I almost have my right splits, half-way have my left splits, and I have never gotten my middle splits.) 🩰 💗Day 1: these stretched definitely helped me a lot in my right split and my middle split. It hurt a lot lol. I’m 1/5 way to my middle splits, 9/10 way to my right splits, and 3/4 way to my left splits. 💗Day 2: I completed it and I am getting much closer to my right splits now. They probably gone down a 1/2 an inch after I started this routine. 💗Day 3: I really enjoyed this stretch! And I also finally got my right splits!!! I’m so close on my left and half way down on my middle.
here’s my progressss! i’ve been dancing for 13 years but i lost my splits over covid because i didn’t dance so i might be ahead lol. day 1 - side splits 1/2 inch off the ground, middle splits 2 inches off the ground or like 160 degrees if i just open my legs without sliding into it lol
I always want to be so flexible but never want to stretch but now that you said that it could be hard to get flexible after like 13 I am more motivated to stretch so thanks!! ❤️❤️

I already have a split, but some days i can do some it's slopy, I watched this video to see if it will help me fix my back leg ( it's is mainly straight but has a lil bend in it ) and to help me get a over split like the thumbnail, I will update my progress for the week or watch my other channel for the video I will make:)

I used to follow Anna mcnulty's split tutorial, and I'm so close, so hopefully this helps
oversplits! even if you don’t have your regular splits do them! it is more effective than only stretching with a 180 degree surface

I suggest u do the wall split because last time I did the air split and its hard and also u need to have ur split to get that high
You might need to develop your leg muscles more
