@@ronnovak1604 a set of Jeff's USA made Blackhawk reversable ratcheting wrenches would fit into my stocking perfectly. Just in case the wife sees this......😁😁😁
I have that Milwaukee screwdriver, works pretty well. Like the Koken, got that size in the black grip. Very, very good ratchet. Lots of great tools. Basic tools are the bedrock of a tool kit. Cant do the work without them. Great videt Jeff, keep em coming.
@@ABobsLife I thought they would too, bought a set of them 2 years ago, I maybe used them twice. Usually just keep going with the ratchet instead of taking the time to get one and switch out
Jeff hope you are staying warm there! It's always a great day when you find tools in your stocking. Another great topic my friend now hopefully are wife's see this video. Lol!!
I have the Quinn 3/8 which was great until it locked up the other day...haven't had a chance to take it apart. Used to pick up the magnetic trays every time they had the giveaway coupons for them. That breaker 25" breaker bar might be the best deal on the table, mine is without the comfort grip. The knurling on that Ko-ken looks so nice! Wish they would make the 72 tooth ones with that handle.
Great suggestions Jeff! I have a Pittsburgh magnetic tray that I use frequently. The small picks are handy. The Quinn ratchet is a great bargain. It's made by Apex who make Gearwrench. Hope the weather up your was is not too bad. It's been in the 20s at night down here in Southern New England.
Great idea list to bad harbor freight is so far away for me. But I did get my first Eastwood rachet and really like it and also ordered my first koken rachet but no got here yet. Thanks Jeff and keep em comin
I have the 6-inch Icon flush cutters along with 8 pairs of Icon pliers, and they're all good. But, I do like my SK USA and Channel Lock cutters and pliers better (but the SK USA are much more expensive). The Icon are still solid performers for their price. I like the chrome moly steel they use to make them as long as it's been hardened correctly. I do have to admit that US tool manufacturing quality has dropped over the last decade, especially. I believe the workers making them don't care about what they do like craftsmen used to. People aren't taking as much pride in their work anymore. I've had to send back a few pairs of pliers this year because it looked like they were made by a lazy 13 year old child who just wanted to get the day over with. It really hit me when I started buying Japanese made pliers where every pair was absolutely perfect, for even less money than US made examples.
Videos series idea jeff: Best stubby combination wrench set I'll be in the market for a set of stubby wrenches soon and am leaning towards the tekton 8-19mm set but would love to hear out other options. Love the content by the way.
It's 19 degrees and this Lunatic is talking about tools? Let's talk about the Huge Mug of Hot Cocoa I'm drinking right now with Peppermint Marshmallows & A Big Ole Dollop of Whipped Cream. ☕♨☃ What the heck a week ago I was outside cleaning up the yard in a short sleeve shirt.🌞😎 I can already hear that Cowbell Ringing my name and saying "Take The Koken". 🐮🔔
I don't know if you ever done a video on crows foot sockets but I have the snap on and the icon. I haven't really used the icon I just got them. I would like to know your opinion and others out there that may be worth considering.
Great collection....now the real Christmas magic, finding a stuffer that we don't already have. :)
