Hello, thank you so much for sharing the information. however i am still having some issues. everything connects to the bluetooth but as soon as I try to call someone, the voice disappears, same thing happens when i receive a call. i have to switch the call to my phone and then talk which is a quite a pain while driving. do you have nay suggestions. I went online and registered my vehicle. I got on live chat and gave them the last four of the VIN, and she was able to tell me if I had the Bluetooth feature. I did not. I just bought the Dodge Grand Caravan used.

after pairing my cell phone to my 2015 Chrysler T&c the volume is too low when receiving a call. What is the problem?

next time you make or receive a call, try turning up the volume as you normally would with music.
Whatever the volume is at when you hang up your call is what it will at again when you receive your next call.
I'd recommend just making a test call and turn it up as it is ringing.

Patrick Donahue do the same steps, but where I say "pair a device," say "delete a device." It will ask you to say the name of the device you want to delete, or to say "all." Say all and they'll clear! Then pair up yours!

If it says unavailable, unfortunately that means it didn’t come with the Bluetooth feature from factory, even if it has the buttons for it

that means the vehicle is not equipped with Uconnect. The buttons are always there whether it has it or not, but if it says "Uconnect is not available, " it means your vehicle is not equipped with bluetooth.
