I have a 2013 crew package , exact same year and screen as the one in the video but says “not available “ when doing the first step? Any reason why this is happening?? Makes no sense and I am having trouble finding ways around this issue. Any help would be awesome :-)

Hello, thank you so much for sharing the information. however i am still having some issues. everything connects to the bluetooth but as soon as I try to call someone, the voice disappears, same thing happens when i receive a call. i have to switch the call to my phone and then talk which is a quite a pain while driving. do you have nay suggestions.
