Two things with your video. One is that the previous NX did in fact have power rear seats. It was an option but you could have then fold down/up from the driver seat and or the rear cargo side on the right.
at 4:12 you state the key fob is the same as previous years which it is not. The fob didn't look anything like that. It has straight buttons and the fob wasn't angled like the new one you are showing.

I don’t see what’s compelling about the nx. It’s way behind all its rivals including cheaper ones
What does the nx have that’s a wow factor over the rav4, gv70 Rdx, venza limited, cx5 turbo signature, or the tuscon limited or Santa Fe calligraphy? For example, going from a CRV or Tuscon to an Rdx or gv70 really gets you the next level in luxury, refinement, and a bespoke platform. Do you really get that with the nx? Not really because you’re still driving a rav4 at the eod. If cheaper brands can do better at differentiation vs mainstream brands why can’t Lexus? Not to mention Lexus is pricier
For instance the nx350 imo should have really used the v6 out of the Camry vs this 2.4T. I think it’s a huge missed opportunity here because the turbo performance is lackluster vs the v6. If this had the v6 it could be way faster than the cx5 and be as fast as the phev but be tens of thousands cheaper. Not to mention this move would have dramatically increased the nx sales because everyone knows Toyotas 3.5L v6 are reliable long term. Why else does the RX or Highlander sell so well? It’s their 3.5L v6 that plays a huge role here

    • @no9254me

In short it’s a Lexus. The old nx was out dated this one isn’t. People who want a Lexus will buy this, they don’t want a Toyota. The rdx has shown to have reliability issues along with genesis which have the most wow factor these days.
