I had to keep the game music low or off to avoid a copyright claim but I hope you found this deep dive beneficial! This mod kit goes on sale starting 10/31/22 on intec gaming website for $119 with free shipping.
@@thomgizziz I’ve put out over 200 videos on AtGames products lol this video is for people who bought a 1up pinball and want to mod it etc, I cover everything

Wanted to let you know you can play the Gottlieb tables in pinball arcade. Turn on second player switch controller when game is running and use the right joystick as plunger for ball. I just got it to work yesterday.
Hi Pdubs. I just got my pinball deck today and set it up. Thanks for your video again. It was really helpful. Just to let you know though, I tried playing Frankenstein on Pinball Arcade and that table worked fine for me. I used the middle button on the bottom row (A button) and it launched the ball fine. Just wondering if something is up with Ghostbusters specifically.
This is awesome! Thanks for sharing! My PCB on my Star Wars decided to crash after a year of working fine. I think this would be a suitable upgrade. Just a thought. Do you think it would be possible to upgrade/change out to a bigger gameplay monitor with this kit? 🤔
Well it's designed to work with the stock monitor using the pin connector from the new PCB to the monitor. Then one hdmi to your switch and another hdmi to the second screen. You would have to find a monitor and decase it
Thanks so much for posting this review video. You're awesome! The no dmd is a bummer but since I have both the Star Wars and Attack from Mars modded with the pinner mod, I'll still be able to have the best of both worlds. It's a definite buy for me
Thanks Dubs. There's a lot of info in this video to consider. I'm still debating whether to get this or not, but I'm glad they included the ability to turn off the DMD. I'll definitely be interested in the follow up video. I imagine a Steam Deck or PC would work fine if this is just an HDMI input, but I'm curious if all three screens would work.
Thanks for the video, extremely helpful. Much appreciated. Hooked up to PC (3060 card) and can confirm I was able to get all 3 screens - Backglass, DMD, and Primary field work with Pinball FX (2023) from Steam. Had to use Antimicrox though...
Late for the game here, but: I wonder how the two solenoids for the flippers work after the mod? So, if you press the left flipper button does the left solenoid activate? Or will both solenoids react?
Is there a list of Switch games that will work with the intec joystick/buttons? Is it safe to say that if you can play the game using the directional thumb pad then it will work? But if it requires the use of the switch left/right joystick then it won’t work with the intec mod?
@@PDubsArcadeLoft I think that if it at least works on the joycon, I would spring for this mod. If it doesn't, then that will be a big bummer. Also, having this mod means I can't do the screen upgrade on tbe playfield....which I think having a 32 inch screen to play on would be awesome.
Looks pretty cool, but without the DMD working I’ll just keep my 3 pins stock for now I think . If I really need more pinball tables I can play on my TV anyway…
This price point is much more reasonable than what AtGames initially (non-promo) charged for the ACP. Glad to see that A1UP users can play shooters and experience taint mode 😊
Atgames has their legend pinball machines for 50 dollars more than arcade 1up tables... this is a terrible solution that makes sense if you were already duped into a 1up machine but something nobody should do unless they already own one. It is just a bad idea.
@@thomgizziz I was obviously talking about at the time. The Arcade Control Panel (ACP) for the ALP was originally $250 or $300 when it first came out. Your post just comes off as fanboyish, and I felt silly even replying to it.
I’ve been waiting for this ever since I saw it on toykade channel. Just don’t know if I’m ready to give up my marvel tables. I might just buy another 1 up table just for this.
Many thanks if I get this right I have to send a photo and request for cabinet mode I think.i have some 3d printed pinball controllers for switch that hold the joycons,it's like an attachment for my ALP.hopefully zen will let me use cabinet mode for it.
@@PDubsArcadeLoft I preordered after playing pinball on my switch and messing with the DMD location and found bottom left (medium size) works for me. Also turning off the animations and pop up score.

Bet!
Why would you do all of this when you could just get the atgames machine? It is only 50 dollars more expensive than 1up and it is so much better.

Thank you for watching and finding it valuable
This was extremely helpful dude, I'm very interested in buying a 1Up pinball now. Definitely worth the mod if the machines go on sale again.
Happy to help
Don't there are better solutions out there.
I just installed this last night. Did you ever test the Steam Deck? Thanks.
Thanks for the thorough walkthrough on this, Dubs. Happy early Halloween!

I’ve been looking for this video on your channel couldn’t find it great job explaining mod please make more for us interested noobs
Did you find a way to fix the actuators? That's the only thing wrong with mine. Other than that, it's perfect!
Nope no fix

Oh my!!!!!
Thanks, Just picked one up. perfect since my PCB went out on my AFM 1up pin. Now its not gonna be a 500 paper weight.
Appreciate the feedback

Thank you for watching and yes thats a shame
I think a pass for me. I still enjoy the factory setup with the software mod! Very appreciative of your reviews and overviews. Well done 🙏🙏😎
Great vid! On Pinball Arcade, can you launch from the joycon?
Did not test that

Oh and for pinball arcade I saw one RUclipsr getting it to work, but it was on a prototype build.
Did intec tell you when pre-orders would ship?
No but let's see what they put on their website tomorrow
I don't currently have a Switch. Do you have to pay Nintendo monthly/quarterly/annually to play the Pinball games?
No just one time
Looks pretty cool, but without the DMD working I’ll just keep my 3 pins stock for now I think . If I really need more pinball tables I can play on my TV anyway…
Enjoy!
Losing 2 solenoids and not being able to play Ghostbusters is a deal breaker for me. If that could be fixed then I would buy this in a heartbeat.
If you could re route these buttons to the side somehow and map nudge to them that would be awesome
Just installed mine! It's pretty sweet, but yes no dmd is a bummer. It'd really just modding on a budget if you already own a switch
I'm glad you like it!
This price point is much more reasonable than what AtGames initially (non-promo) charged for the ACP. Glad to see that A1UP users can play shooters and experience taint mode 😊
Lol "taint mode" $119 for the full kit, control panel, wires, motherboards isn't bad.

Can you do another step by step pinball mod video
Not familiar with the nintendo switch. What do I require for this upgrade. Thanks John
A nintendo switch is required
@@PDubsArcadeLoft Thanks
Thanks for the video PDubs , but it is to expensive for what it is. I'm gonna stay with the pinner for now on my Star Wars pinball.
Just sharing what I've experienced so you can make the decision, thanks for watching!
How accurate are the solenoids for the bumpers at the middle of the table?
As stated in the video not that accurate
With this mod in my mind the expandability aspect makes a 1up table more viable …
It has its pros and cons
G'day mate can you launch ball on pinball arcade using the Nintendo controller. Worth a try cheers
Oooooo I will try
Can you configure the controll deck button layout? Say for nudge, could you switch it to the buttons if you wanted to?
It's the right stick or a button to launch in pinball arcade
Not when you flip to vertical/mobile phone mode as I showed in the video. Regardless we tried every button and joystick and it wouldn't launch
Do a mini camera mod to the dmd maybe 🤔
Everything is working except the game does not rotate on the screen
I wonder if you could splice two solenoids together for double the punch?
Does this work on pc ?
No
Will this mod cancel the team encoder mods I had done for mine?
Yes as shown in the video this is a gut mod
Can I get cabinet mode if I play my switch on my atgames legends pinball for pinball fx3?
Yes but your controls won't work with their OTG mode
Many thanks if I get this right I have to send a photo and request for cabinet mode I think.i have some 3d printed pinball controllers for switch that hold the joycons,it's like an attachment for my ALP.hopefully zen will let me use cabinet mode for it.
@@NeoWave346 not for switch, for switch you don't need cabinet mode you just rotate the screen
This could be a big deal if it works equally well on PC.
Will test it
I swear you can do a cabinet mode with fx3 on switch
You can rotate the screen Into vertical mode but there is no true cabinet mode with separate dmd
@@PDubsArcadeLoft yes I watched the video, but I got excited and questioned first before watching until the end.
Can't open the integaming website. Anybody knows why? is it working for you?
Would this work with the steam deck 🤔 ?
Towards the end of the stream he said he was planing to do a video on that. I’m looking forward to it :)
Will try and test this week
it seems to be too complicated for what it is. It seems the cons outweighs the pros here.
There's plenty for and against I tried to cover as many as I could
Does Stern work?
No
no dmd, no thanks
Happy to share info
