W204 Electric Steering Lock ESL removal Easy Peasy job provided.... it's in the unlocked condition.

Removing a Mercedes ESL on a W204 C220 without removing trims, steering wheel, Airbag etc etc and Without breaking Anything.
I reserve the right to remove any liability to myself should anything go wrong during my instructions of interpretation of my video.
ALWAYS DISCONNECT THE EARTH LEAD FROM THE BATTERY AFTER THE KEY IS INSERTED AND THE STEERING LOCK DISENGAGES, LEAVE IN THE UNLOCKED STATE DURING THIS TASK.
1. This video assumes the ESL motor still functions and "buzzes" so that the steering motor locks / unlocked.
2. the vehicle shown is a 2012 W204 saloon, see dashboard design, access to the relevant bolts were very good.
it could be more restricted on other variants.

you will need:-
1. T20 Male tory.
2. Female E12 torx socket.
3. Philips #2 screw driver.
4. swivel joint to suit E12 socket and ratchet5. Head torch/light.
6. a fairly supple spline and Short arms with the ability to work upside down.
