Great lesson!! I never would have thought about learning this song, but it's such a cool song I must learn to play it! That surf sounding hook riff at 5:37 is too cool. I always loved that part. This is the kind of thing that keeps me excited about playing guitar! Thanks Tim!
Probably the best tutorial for this song... it's definitely tricky trying to up strum the D-chord and then upstrum again to the F#. I'm used to Fender Play Plus Strat and the fretboard is bigger. I just got a Epiphone Les Paul Custom and playing chords higher on the neck I sometimes can't get both my pinky and ring finger in the same fret box without sometimes missing the note. It's just a different style guitar. Some things are easier and some are not. Seem easier to fret and I seem to fret too hard no matter what guitar I play. But great video man.... I really appreciate this ✊ Love Offspring.... reminds me of being a kid again!
