I drove an old Chevy c10 like Vickie truck. We pulled race car with it and raced the truck as well in lower class. I’m telling you this to tell you one little things we did to that truck that made it worlds better towing and cutting light on track. We dropped the rear axle down took out the stock half ton coil springs and put 3/4 ton coil springs in it. No other mods and did not change front springs. Towed way better and was great off the line on track. Very cheap upgrade but very well worth it if your going to tow with the truck.

I saw a 97/98 Deville outside of tulsa one time with killer paint, gold trim, gold wheels and a fresh peanut butter vinyl top, the plate said "crkilac", it was the polar opposite of the crackerbarrel Malibu.
If I could make 2 suggestions. 1 a 4 inch cowl for the malibu. 2 an old school match paint cap for the 64. And a dream I'd love to see your nova on the track as your test car.

just a heads up to save some money on heater fuel, you can filter old oil and use it instead of expensive diesel. maybe something to check out since im sure you guys go through your fair share of oil.
